Arrived on time got what I ordered all taste nice

Had an absolute nightmare with Harrisons Sauces. I've ordered from them a few times in the past, and they've generally been good (apart from short expiry dates on some products).

I placed this order in the same manner, but when I got the DPD tracking information, it showed a completely different postal address to the one I'd entered. I initially thought I'd made a mistake, but I checked the invoice and my address was definitely correct when I had entered it. So I assumed that DPD had messed things up and, fortunately, I was able to change the delivery to my address.

Come the day of the delivery, I took the day off to make sure that I would be available to receive the delivery. Suddenly I get a text saying "Sorry we missed you, we'll try again tomorrow" with a photo of a door which definitely wasn't mine. You guessed it, they tried to deliver to the WRONG address!

I was fuming at DPD for getting the wrong address. After much wrangling for two days, I finally got the package delivered to me But to my DISGUST I noticed that the label which Harrisons put on had completely the wrong address.

So after all the stress and inconvenience, it turns out it was all down to Harrison's negligence. If I hadn't opened that DPD email and clocked the wrong address, someone else would be sitting with 18 litres of sauce on their doorstep.

The response from Harrison's? "Please accept our apologies... there may have been a technical issue with the system."

Sorry, but that's not good enough.

I manage a cafe and have had real issues with sachets that have no visible slit to open them!!! During these hard times I have wanted quality but also no wasted product where people have chewed into 5 tomato ketchup sachets before getting into one!!!! Harrison’s are the answer!! Great looking packaging and multiple slits to open up….no waste…happy days! I order online, free delivery over minimum amount and super quick postage, what’s not to love…god send.It may sound trivial and unimportant but makes a huge difference.

Absolutely love Harrison’s Sauces. I’m a huge sauce lover and it goes with everything! All the flavours are amazing but my favourite is the Garlic & Herb :)

Order partly delivered. Missing items. No email from company or delivery company regarding missing order. Had to phone up. Waiting for reimbursement before re-ordering. Would have to pay again for delivery.

Easiest website to navigate & order from. Service is great. I have been ordering for over a year for my takeaway Beijing-noodles and they never fail to impress me from the ordering process to speed of delivery.

Far cheaper to buy in bulk even with cost of shipping and delivery within 2 days .. great service and great tasting sauces ! Ty x

Very quick delivery and always kept informed when item dispatched and out for delivery. Love this sauce and not easy to get hold of locally.

Delivery took long and Sauces don’t have long dates. I’ve order lots of sauces and they only have a few months expired date. I won’t be using all on time.

Sauces packaged better after a problem with previous order.

I have Used Harrison’s sauces for many years in my shop and have never had any issues. However on my last 3 deliveries I have had a considerable amount of damaged stock. When I rang to complain I was told there wasn’t much they could do as it was DPD who were damaging it. Surely they could revert back to the old delivery system when I never had any issues.
