From a lovely lady called Amy which dealt with some missing fluid which was only about 2 L missing but she sent me a full 5 L which was very kind of her Very fast delivery for syrup taste. Absolutely excellent. Full of flavour freezes. Very nice. Doesn't clog the machine all in all 100%

Easy to order, good reliable delivery times and works well in my Ninja slushi. Good strong taste and smooth slush. Will order again when I run out

Found out about this company this morning, went there and ordered online to collect immediately, staff were ever so helpful,
As I collected in person they offered me a refund for postage or another 5L bottle of syrup which I went for,

Would highly recommend this company if you're in a rush for syrup

I ordered on Friday and delivery was due Monday, it never arrived so checked tracking with courier company, it stated there had been a problem with my delivery. When contacted I was informed it had been returned to Snowshock. I contacted Snowshock Monday evening, they got back to me first thing Tuesday to confirm the package had leaked and was destroyed so they sent me out another delivery with a free gift. My delivery came 8.15am Wednesday morning 😊. All my items including a free upgrade from 1 litre to 5 litre syrup, straws and samples of other flavours. Can't fault Snowshock, especially Joseph for sorting out the problem and getting delivery to me quickly. Oh plus the syrups are amazing for our slushi machines 👏👏

Impressed with the prompt response and high level of customer service I have received on my first order.
Quick delivery, speedy response & the kids love the flavours of the GF choices.
Will definetely be using them again.

They sell faulty machines and do not give refunds. Customer service is appalling. Will have to take them to court for selling faulty machines under sales of goods act 1979 / consumer act 2015 section 23 (as paid outright) They refused to help repair when first contacted and when agreed to look say it is not under guarantee I’m left with a court case to get money back and no machine. Try a different company

I ordered the syrup from Amazon not realising Snowshock had their own website.

I purchased the sour apple, and it’s one of the best slushies I’ve had.

Highly recommended I will definitely order from this company again.
