I always use Harrow Service Centre for service and MOT. They are professional, friendly and reliable. Any work and cost is always clearly explained prior to the work being carried out.

They are always very friendly and helpful, keep you informed. My car is always working great and is lovely and clean inside and out when I pick it up

They are fair, professional and honest about my vehicle which is important to me.
I feel particularly looked after as a female driver and like that they have female staff working for them.

I have been a satisfied customer at Harrow Service Centre for over 25 years. My most recent visit was o 17/06/23. The quality of work is very high and equipment is always up to date, and have not considered going elsewhere. I've booked my vehicle for a interim service and MOT. It's my first time going to an indepent garage as I was aware of what certain garages can get up to ie. trying to make profit out of you. Staff were very attentive here and were professional. They have good attention to detail and were very helpful. To Mercedes OCD people like me who would want the online service updated, they do not have a problem with uploading that online for you. It is actually sad to say that I went to Mercedes Benz dealers for a couple of Service A's and had realised that they weren't uploading this on to their online portal.

I was advised on items that needs to be done with complete information and suggestions to rectify this through my full service. Thede were all printed out for me which gave me all the information required as well as the work that they had done in the car. I was unfortunately misquoted on the price on an email received but everyone makes mistakes and it was still acceptable to the fact that they gave me tip top service. Well done guys, true professionals!

I have been customer of Harrow Service Centre for years now and I am happy with service they provide. They recently replaced vacuum pump in my BMW and car works very well now.

I have used HSC twice now. The first time they found the problem with my air conditioning system, and fixed for a reasonable price.
The latest problem was with the ABS/VSA lights coming on. I had been told by the main dealer that my rear disc brakes needed changing as they were corroded, but not an MOT failure. Assuming that this was the problem, I had requested that these be changed.
HSC suggested a full diagnostics, and would waive the cost if it turned out to be the brakes. Luckily they did, as the fault was with a couple of sensors. This saved me a wasted £330 if I had decided to get the brakes changed.
Most happy with the service, and all within 24 hours of dropping off.
