I have bought previously from Toplex and when my 8 year old washing machine didn’t drain or spin, I decided to purchase a new one rather than repair.

As always, great advice and value for money - the team that delivered were fabulous. Respectful of my property and carpets, efficient and took time to explain the functions of the new washer vs the old.

The girl in the office was polite and very helpful I got what I wanted and delivered the first working day,
the men came fitted the washer and took the old one away as I ordered ,the were clean and tidy and checked everything before they left ,thank you

Toplex dealt with my enquiry about purchasing a Bosch dryer extremely effectively. The sales team were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The product was delivered and installed as scheduled, and my old appliance was removed. The delivery team were also very helpful and courteous.

Great delivery and fitting service for my new dishwasher

Super service, on time. The fitters were clean and tidy and took great care to line up the cupboard fronts after fitting the dishwasher. Excellent.

I was searching for a fridge freezer with space being at a premium and had to have one that opened flush to the wall. Madina was really helpful with getting the right measurements and with general advice together with outlining options. The delivery was also fast and efficient. All in all a great service from start to finish. Would fully recommend and will be shopping again there for future appliances.

Very efficient

Excellent prompt service, delivered and fitted my dishwasher efficiently within the given time. Ordered and bought on the Friday afternoon, fitted and running Sunday afternoon. Friendly shop staff gave advice via the telephone before actual online purchase.
How is that for service?
