Item was ordered and ready to be collected within the hour.
The only confusing thing i found was at the cashier desk it says Click & Collect. When i went there the guy asked me what i ordered and then told me to go to one of the people in that area to get if for me. So what is the point in waiting to speak to someone at the cash desk to be sent elsewhere. I've not seen this approach before. Doesn't create a good customer journey in my opinion.

Wrong item in my click and collect.
When I rang they said they hadn't it in stock. Which I then had to travel to blanchardstown to get it.
Also problems there when I got there

Bought a mobile phone online as it wasn't available in store,got delivered within about 4 days even though it was suppose to be alot longer for delivery so I was very happy with that

antastic delivery service from Harvey Norman yesterday! The team arrived right on time and were professional and courteous from start to finish. I was especially impressed that they put a protective mat down on the hall floor before bringing the sofa in.
The whole process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Delighted with both the sofa and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great delivery experience with HM. Tommy delivered and installed a washing Machine and Dishwasher. He was very professional and supported a tricky install without any issues. Highly recommend.

Impeccable service; everyone was very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the service.

When the staff brought the new fridge/freezer inside, they broke one of our pendant lamps by mistake. They made me sign the papers, without telling me that there is a customer section, where you can report this kind of issues (I wasn't aware of this section). Without giving me solutions, they just apologies and left. After that I realised that any damage caused to the property can be reported to the company.

Very poor service from Harvey norman agents Swords.

1.I had cancelled an order and asked to replace it with another 10 days ago one agent said we asked the refund and he issued an e receipt for the the item to be replaced. I went today after 10 days to check and nothing has been done no refund and no item replaced. Very upsetting 😡
2. I went to claim the earphones 10 days ago one agent said oh come back in 10 days because we done have them in stock . After 10 days another agent said why the other agent told you that!!! You should claim it via Samsung.

Why you dont do do proper training equal to all the agents and test them before starting as they represent the image of the company.!!!!
