I have not received my item. I have yet to receive my ordered nose hair trimmer.

Never received cancelled never answered my emails or chatd

Took the money for the razor I ordered on the 22nd of may. It’s now the 29th and no razor and no response to two emails.

Items were delivered on time, but a 60g soap was sent and not the 100g one ordered.
Emailed haryali as to why and asked that they rectify... 7 days ago, certainly longer than the 48hrs advertised :(
Had stuff before, okay, but bought through Amazon...

Photos were emailed in May.

Very good quality razors nice weight very close shave excellent quick delivery aswell also comes in lovely presentation box if wanting to give someone a gift.

Products are lovely but the communications from this company are awful. I bought two products that should have fit together, a shaving brush and a stand. They don't fit together size wise. So I tried to contact them to arrange a return and exchange of the stand to one that fits. They have Whatsapp on their website but didn't respond. Phone number buried on the website and then disconnected when I did find it. Phone number on google disconnected. Email not replied to even though it's beyond their 1-2 day window when they say that they'll respond. So looks like I've wasted my money.

Overall I bought a shaving brush, a 5 blades razor, a stand and the bowl.
I really like the wood quality.

I went for the 5 blades razor because I was used to 5 blades, I think the design is pretty but not the best one.
Some safety razors instead have a really fascinating design, maybe I will buy one in the future.

Overall, a small piece of luxury for a nice price.

I ordered a shave stand with a silver tip brush and straight razor. The stand, with the quality of the brush and razor are impeccable. I shaved with all of this the other day and I am thoroughly impressed. They have included my name in a well chosen cursive font which makes this piece a statement as well. Thank you for your amazing products.

Bought a scissor here for roughly around £12 didn’t expect much as the price was very low and anyone looking for scissors that last and stay sharp should increase their budget. Used it once on an extremely thin material and was dull after when moving onto the next.

Excellent service and product

The Travelling Companion razor is both compact and a very nice razor. The handle comes in two, so the whole packs down to only a little larger than a match box, but the standard head means that the shave is tip top!

I still haven't received my product and I have tried contacting the company for more than a week, my emails keep bouncing back to the contact mail provided!!! I paid for express delivery and it has been 14 days now and DHL does not know where the parcel is and keep asking me to contact Haryali London, who does not respond!!! I hope they will now! It is now the 29th of February and I still haven't received my product or heard from Haryali, it feels like a scam and I have lost my money. So 0 stars from me.

Great products. Very stylish but at no expense to the quality. 1st class!

I didn't receive what I ordered. I sent an email on the day of delivery, to which they haven't responded since then.
Update:
Today, unexpectedly, my package arrived from them, containing the strop with the appropriate width. Great shop, thanks!
