Secondo voi è normale che giocando a Monopoly non posso diventare il nuovo Ricucci e avere la possibilità di acquistare decine di case perchè il siflgnor Hasbro, che commissiona le casette verdi ai cinesi, ne mette nella confezione solo 34???

Trotz mehrere Emails bekomme ich vom Kundenservice keine Antwort. Wenn es keinen Kundenservice gibt kann ich hier keine gute Bewertung geben und auch keine Kaufempfehlungen aussprechen. Ich dachte Hasbro ist eine große firma mit gutem Kundenservice aber es ist eine absolute Frechheit monatelang nicht zu antworten!

Toller Service und super schnelle Bearbeitung. Unsere Tochter war sehr traurig dass ihr Furby nicht mehr funktioniert hat, einige Funktionen haben nicht mehr funktioniert. Hasbro per Mail angeschrieben. Kassenzettel per Mail geschickt. Sofort Hilfe bekommen. Mussten Furby versandfertig machen und mit Dpd, zu Hasbro schicken, was Hasbro übernommen hat. Innerhalb von 10 Tagen kam ein neuer Furby nach Hause. Kind glücklich und wir Eltern waren sehr dankbar über diesen Service. Würde 10 Sterne dafür geben. Ebenfalls mit Playdoh spielutensilien. Wir haben den Pizzaofen gekauft, es haben Teile gefehlt. Hasbro kontaktiert und es kamen alle fehlenden Teile per Post zu uns nach Hause. Ich bin total begeistert von diesem Service. Vielen lieben Dank HASBRO

The vanish fafnir i bought for 20 bucks came with vanish fafnir f7 and the quad-drive bey launcher. The fafnir had 0 rubber which defeats the one job it had which was spin stealing. The launcher i bought with it as well was garbage, i did nothing to damage the bey launcher and it broke apart in 1 day and now i cant fix it because i have 0 glue (what the heck??)

Received a defective figure. Paint on helmet was completely off center making the figure looks comical. Reached out to customer service and they agreed to send a replacement. And amazingly they sent it to a completely wrong address. Have no idea how they messed that up. Complained again and they assured me they will correct it. Well, surprise surprise they messed up again. Again! I received and empty box. An empty box. And so far no reply to emails.

This company is doing everything it can to kill D&D.

Die Nerf Pistolen sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Wer das Zeugs erfunden hat ist ne dumme Nudel. Ständig werde ich von meinen Arbeitskollegen in den Hinterkopf abgeknallt. Gar kein Bock mehr auf mein leben.

Customer support was great! They offered troubleshooting and tips to get my device working again, and even when that didn't work, they sent me a replacement (although it was a different item, due to how the one I had was off sale, but it was >= the quality of the original!)
Not sure why their rating is so low overall, I didn't have any issues with them whatsoever =]

Awful customer service. Electronic battleship stopped working despite playing less than 12 games. Company refuses to warranty product. It has always been kept in the box and looks brand new. Wouldn’t even offer trouble shooting. They want me to get a new game. Basically you are out of luck with hasbro. They simply won’t support their products.

A awful company that ruins everything they touch with destructive business practices. They will overcharge you for substandard merchandise. Make your purchases from some other company not this one

Tengo bastantes juegos de Hasbro, incluido el cluedo y sin ninguna queja en cuanto a calidad, pero hace poco vi que habían sacado el cluedo pero con una nueva imagen en la caja, tablero, etc.. y decidí volver a comprar esta versión actualizada. Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando veo que la caja no viene con ningún tipo de plástico (ojo, soy partidaria de la reducción de plástico, ¿pero en un juego que consiste en una caja de cartón? creo que es mala idea), efectivamente ha sido malísima idea, ya que llevo meses yendo a tiendas para intentar conseguir una caja que no estuviera dañada como absolutamente todas las que encontraba (es lo que tiene que no lleve plástico ninguno que la proteja un poco de la manipulación hasta que llega a las estanterías). Ha sido una compra tremendamente mala, a pesar de coger la caja que se encontraba en mejor estado... parece un producto de segunda mano, y encima la calidad del cartón de la caja y de la impresión es malísima, el color de la caja se va super fácilmente.
Hasbro es una marca en cuanto a juegos de mesa se refiere que había mantenido la calidad de sus productos, y ahora se suma al carro de cobrarte lo mismo utilizando materiales mucho peores. De momento no voy a comprar nada más de esta marca.

Piccolo giocattolo/peluche simpatico e adorabile che mia nipote ha gradito molto con suoni e musiche pratico anche da portare in giro e da appendere in borsette e zaini

Recensione sul customer care Hasbro.
Ho regalato a mio figlio il robot transformer blackout. Il meccanismo di trasformazione é ingegnoso, nulla da dire.
Per una distrazione il gioco è stato rotto e mi sono rivolto al customer care di Hasbro. Mi hanno risposto velocemente, chiedendomi data di acquisto del prodotto, poi foto, poi un video del pezzo rotto e, infine, il mio indirizzo. Dopo diverse richieste di aggiornamento sulla esistenza e/o reperimento del pezzo di ricambio, sono ormai passati diversi mesi e Hasbro non ha più dato alcuna risposta. Neanche, banalmente, “Gentile acquirente, siamo dispiaciuti nel comunicarle che i pezzi di ricambio del suo prodotto non sono disponibili. Cordiali saluti”.
In definitiva, customer care inadeguato.

I bought the Marvel Legend Spiderman, Tom Holland No Way Home figure for my son for a Christmas gift and it broke within a day. Extremely disappointing to say the least especially to see my son so upset. Santa also brought my son the Marvel Legend Andrew Garfield Spiderman which again has broken which again resulted in tears from my son. My son has been collecting these figures for many years however the Marvel Legend range appear to have been made very cheaply in comparison to previous figures which my son still has many years later. I really hope this range is recalled and these issues fixed as I'm sure there has been a lot of disappointment and tears with this range. I won't be buying from the Hasbro brand in future.

Nightmare. Purchased dropmix from them for Christmas gift. Can't be used because they don't provide the app necessary to make the game work. Truly disappointing for the 11 year old boy that received this gift for Christmas. Thank you, Hasbro, for this stocking coal.

My daughter received a box a box of play-doh for Christmas and found a dead cockroach!!!! Absolutely disgusted!!

Das Bibi was ich gekauft hab kann ich nicht selbst steuern sondern es bewegt sich von selbst. Ich will mein Geld wieder. Das Bibi ist zwar vom Himmel geklatscht aber ich will trotzdem Geld haben weil ich Geldsüchtig bin.
