Great yoghurt, my 2 daughters enjoy to eat them with their favorite morning cereals. Great healthy option

Such an easy process to claim the money back for the yoghurts purchased. To add to that, my son absolutely loved it.

Snel, accuraat en vriendelijk geholpen

Op 29-07-2026 heb ik gebruikt gemaakt van de cashback actie voor de Dolce Gusto machines.

Deze is de volgende dag meteen goedgekeurd, en de cashback zou binnen 30 dagen worden teruggestort.

Helaas heb ik tot op heden (07-09-2026) nog steeds niks ontvangen.

Ik heb al een mail gestuurd hierover naar Hashting rond eind augustus.

Uiteindelijk heb ik pas een week later een reactie ontvangen, met daarin de vraag om nog “even” geduld te hebben want het was erg druk.

Ik vind het behoorlijk lang duren inmiddels. Gezien de 30 dagen uitbetaal termijn inmiddels allang verstreken zijn.

Graag zie ik het bedrag voor 13-09 op mijn rekening verschijnen.

Zonder excuses dat het “druk” is.

All my recent emails regarding an unrefunded cashback query have been ignored.
Furthermore, every other time I've submitted my proof of purchase, to claim a cashback refund, with many other companies, I've always received it, in full, within real time.
My purchase was made on the 17th of July and I was informed it had been approved and to allow until the 20th of August to receive my cashback refund!
Still no sign of it!

I won a competition via Smirnoff almost 3 weeks ago and have not heard from Hashting since my entry was approved. Can't seem to find anyone to contact online either!

Just seen the reply and had an email through for a Bol refund which is not a competition nor what I had entered. I had won a Smirnoff competition for festival tickets - could I get an update on this as the response hasn’t resolved this?

Edit to previous review. In fairness, Karl at Hashting is very responsive to complaints, and leaves an email address to be contacted, so I could only suggest this information is a little easier to find in the first place. The only contact is WhatsApp bot which isn’t helpful. Hopefully my issues have been or will be resolved

Fijne medewerker die me heel vriendelijk en correct heeft geholpen. Zaken snel opgepakt en geregeld.

In de eerste instantie was het niet gelukt met de cashback.
Maar we zijn er samen uitgekomen

Superfijn geholpen. Niet afwachtend maar Yuna heeft zelf het voortouw genomen om mijn probleem op te lossen. Heel erg bedankt Yuna!

Very disappointed. I am awaiting two cashbacks from Hashting and it’s been over 30 days. I have also emailed Karl as per the reviews below but I have had no response. I will not be using again.

Both my daughter and I used them for a Purina money back on GoCat. Given all of our bank details and payment would be sent in 30 days. It is now 40 days and there has been no response. Contacted Purina and they are organising instead (although still waiting for that too). No customer service available. I would like all of my personal data including bank data deleted by them. Wont use again.
