As below, bought an expensive Crosta and Mollica pizza to try on the promise of a receiving most of the money back. When you try to claim they announce the promotion is ended, feels like a dirty trick and left a bad taste in the mouth. Also alienated me a bit from the brand they are supposed to be promoting.

I feel like I have been scammed into buying a product I never would have otherwise, and been left out of pocket. My husband and I both got links to try a Crosta Mollica pizza for £1. We duly bought pizzas (the link says you have 7 days, but we bought fairly quickly) only to receive a message, when we tried to claim, saying the promotion had closed because all redemptions had been claimed. The message referred to T&Cs, but the thing is, you can’t possibly know all redemptions have been claimed until you try to make your own claim, by which point you’ve spent a ridiculous £8.50 on a pizza from a supermarket! Who knows how many links they send out compared to redemptions they have? Feel completely duped and if anything I’ll never be buying these pizzas again! Disgraceful.

Bad experience, feels like we were scammed in boosting their product sales. They were still harvesting mobile numbers even the campaign was closed!

2025-12-12: I was presented with a Facebook ad, for the Crosta Mollica Collezione Romana campaign, I clicked and provided my mobile number in return for the moneyback offer. I also shared the offer to my family members, who filled in their mobiles too.

We purchased the items the next day (2025-12-13), only to return home to find out the campaign has finished! We did not even have 24 hours between submitting our mobile numbers, to purchase and claim. Now I have the products which I cannot return to the store for a refund.

I feel cheated and out of pocket.

Update: I emailed Karl after their response to my review. Will have to wait + see. Hopefully a positive outcome!

Update #2: The form mysteriously allowed submissions again. So I completed and submitted my receipt. Hopefully it'll pay out.
(PS, no response from Hashting yet though.)

Very good service. Hashting is a partner of Storck Belgium and they act fast and accurate for a good price. Also really nice dashboards for insightful consumer journey.

I made two cashback claims and I haven't received either of them. I asked for the monies to be sent to my PayPal. I emailed the Hashting support without any acknowledgement. Poor service.

I've used Hasting for 4 items to date without any issues, over the last few months. Payment has always been well within the times it stated in the offer, and no issues with the payment into my PayPal account. I've recommended offers to family members, and they've been successful too. Happy to recommend based on my experience over the last few months.

Received a email on 9//9/2025 informing me that my cashback request was unsuccessful due to an issue with bank details. I emailed hashting support and received autoreply stating they would reply in 4 working days. It's now 22/10/25 and I'm still waiting for a response. Very frustrating.....

Vaatwas kapot gevallen. Siemens-service laten komen. De vaatwas was niet te herstellen en ik kon een nieuwe bestellen met recup van de siemens-service kost.
Ik moest "gewoon" een mailtje sturen met beide facturen.
Ik heb al een vijftal mails gestuurd, maar ik krijg zelfs geen antwoord, laat staan mijn geld terug.

Les produits et les garanties proposées sont très qualitatifs. Quand au service client il est exceptionnel : écoute, réactivité, proposition de solutions, efficacité. Je recommande à 100%

J'ai pu essayer 3 produits (céréales, yaourt et lait) promus sur Instagram. Le remboursement des achats a été rapide sur mon compte bancaire. Je recommande.

Al 2 maand aan het wachten naar cashback sodastream en elke mail andere versie niet betrouwbaar nu wachten ze zogezegd naar fondsen van de klant om te betalen is gewoon zever in'pakjes

Ik heb meegedaan aan Cashback actie gedaan van PepsiCo. Ik was eerst sceptisch maar ik heb 3 zakken volledig gratis gehad van de New Flavours. Ook was het geld binnen de gestelde termijn terug op mijn rekening gestort.

Jammer dat ze geen website hebben waar alle cashback deals opstaan!

IK heb mijn geld behoorlijk snel ontvangen. Dus ik ben blij.

I was really nervous about this company after I read the reviews. I initially checked the reviews on trustpilot because I didn’t receive an email confirmation after submitting the form and my receipt, so I wasn’t sure if I had done something wrong/wasted my money.
It turns out you don’t get an email confirmation straight after you submit your receipt. I submitted the receipt on Friday at 7 pm and only got confirmation that my refund has been processed on Monday at midday.
Definitely could be done better, but I’m relieved that the refund has been processed.
FYI - It also does take 30 days for the refund to process

Had met vervoeren van mijn Hastëns bed een hoek beschadigd 😢Dus ben in de pen geklommen en wat a lieve,leuke en behulpzame reacties gekregen…vandaag het pakketje 📦 binnengekregen met een flink stuk stof …om de schade te verhelpen…ben superrrr blij hiermee en Eric nogmaals mijn hartelijke dank en zodra het af is laat ik het resultaat zien hoor .Geweldigggggg dat er nog bedrijven zijn die met je meedenken en Hastëns Oost Zeeburgerpad in Amsterdam is daar één van 👍🏼🥇👍🏼

Very very very awful experience with hashtag,
Don’t do any insurance with hashting because they give u insurance and during driving u receive email that we cancel the insurance without any priority notification.

kijk uit !!!!! hashing is alleen uit op jou gegevens , verkoopt deze info aan partners , geld terug/gratis producten worden niet uitbetaald of geleverd,

USELESS - AVOID

use Greenjinn, Checkoutsmart, Shopmium, Zappit

I’ve been ignored for over a month. They lie about the cashbacks. Often the text messages don’t work and they send broken links or cut the offer short. There are many problems with them. If you email support they don’t read the email properly and reply with nonsense. I have been ignored and was scammed out of my money. Do not use them! They are Criminals!
