I've reordered a hat I got gifted which I lost. It arrived as promised but there were some little flaws with the hat.
I've reached out to customer service and was offered a quick and helpful solution. Their response was very swift and friendly.
Will definitely order again and advise to friends.

Jag tror inte att jag kan namnge personer i en recension, så jag använder initialer. Big up till A.A. som hjälpte mig med min specialdesignade keps på en arméinspirerad keps. Den design jag ville använda var inte kompatibel med broderialternativet. Men A.A. gick ett steg längre och skickade mig en bild på min design med laseretsning av läder. Det såg bra ut och var billigare. A.A. uppdaterade min beställning, återbetalade mellanskillnaden och en vecka senare hade jag min keps. Grymt!

I have never bought from Hat Store before, I was a little nervous. I ordered 4 Hats from "Hat Store Canada" great Prices. My Hats Showed up One Day Early and were in Pristine Condition. I did contact their Customer Service also, amazing people to deal with. Fast Responses and Eager to Help. I did get a $30 (CAD) Import Fee, it did come from Sweden? I think. Even with the Import Fee the Hats were much Less Expensive then my local Hat Dealers. I am a Super Happy Customer, I have a new Hat Store! I will be buying ALL my hats from The Hat Store. Thanks!

I ordered a Zechbauer flat cap for my father's 91st birthday. As I placed the order a few weeks in advance, I thought it would arrive in time, but as his birthday approached, there was still no hat. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic, guiding me through the tracking process so we could figure out where the hat might be. It was a happy ending: the hat arrived the day before my dad's celebration. When I gave it to him, he put it on right away. He was so impressed with the quality and detail, as was I. It was a perfect fit and looks great on him. I couldn't be happier!

Been buying caps from hatstore for almost 2 years now. Products are authentic and never had issues with delivery. Recently, I mistakenly ordered kids size and I immediately sent a request to change to adult size before the shipment was dispatched. My request was granted right away. That's top-notch customer service. Much appreciated.

Flawless shopping experience,take a bit longer to arrive,just because the order was placed around Christmas,and the tracking was not available for 4days,other than that,top quality products,in a nice package..
