We bought an inerzia radiator 3 years ago, and it suddenly stopped working. You can not phone them up. After a long search we managed to find an e-mail address. Our product is just out of warranty, so they do not offer ANY assistance, ANY repair possibility. What a horrible brand. I won't buy anything from them ever again.

I have a 1100w Haverland Heater. It just suddenly stopped working. Tried to get in touch with Haverland without success. I was told by a heater company that they are no longer operating. They said thier are no spares available and basically put the heater in the skip. Incidentally I see one company is still advertising Haverland Heaters for sale.

I have had a problem with two of their electric radiators, asked for advice from them and received no answer at all

The heaters themselves are fine but are operated through an app, which is also fine, until the app doesn’t let you in and tells you to contact customer services. I have been trying for 2 months to get a response from Haverland. Have tried emails, phoning all departments, filling in contact forms. I haven’t received a single response, even an automated one, and the phone lines all go straight to voicemails. Can’t understand why there’s so few reviews of them either. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am writing this review to comment on technical support and customer service.

A dear friend of the elder generation lost a mounting bracket when workmen threw it away. I contacted Haverland to organise a replacement.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and diligence taken by Haverland to help and resolve the problem.

I have found, over the years that customer service over the years has become less personal and more than stressful to navigate, often ‘given’ to call centres where going “off script” results in failed solutions… definitely not the case here.

My friend has used Haverland Heaters for a number of years, using two heaters to warm a one bedroom bungalow. She has been happy with their performance and hasn’t found them outside the budget her pension allows to run.

Un servicio fatal. Nos han enviado un radiador defectuoso. Ningún problema pero la comunicación es casi zero, todavía no tenemos el reembolso después de 10 semanas y nadie responde a nuestros emails. No recomiendo en absoluto.

El servicio post-venta es el peor que me he encontrado en mi vida. Nefasto El teléfono de asistencia no funciona. Nadie lo atiende llames a la hora que llames. La atención que he conseguido a través de un chat de whats app solo un día y no he tenido soluciones ni he vuelto a tener noticias. Desesperante. Mes y medio después sigo con el problema sin solucionar

compré un aparato purificador de aire en noviembre de 2024 me enviaron un correo diciéndome que lo estaban preparando y desde entonces no se nada del pedido. Llamo a atención al cliente y me dicen que ellos no llevan las compras online que se llevan directamente desde la fábrica. Llamo a la fábrica y no cogen el teléfono.

Compré 3 radiadores, llegaron dos estropeados (uno se veía que era de una devolución previa porque las piezas tenían roto el precinto), esto fue hace un mes, no responden al correo y por teléfono solo te dicen que ya han pasado la incidencia... Muy mala experiencia

Es desquiciante. Llevo ya 4 llamadas, varios correos y nadie responde.
Compre un producto hacer 20 dias, no se nada de el, solo que lo han cobrado.

Llamo por telefono y me dicen que no es cosa de atencion al cliente, que es de otro departamento.... vaya respuesta.

Toman nota del pedido, y aqui sigo esperando y siguen pasando los dias.

Es una loteria, mi hermano lo pidio horas mas tarde y le llego el mismo producto.

Antes de comprar.... piensen que es un loteria que les llegue.
