The jacket I ordered is great quality and fits really well, I am very pleased with my purchase. After the initial payment didn’t go through, Ahmed was extremely helpful and understanding, I still received the product and was able to pay at my convenience. The customer service I received was amazing.

ordered 2 jackets as wanted to see which would fit my husband best, received an email in my junk folder from 'Ahmed' asking for tailoring measurements and a line that said refunds wouldn't be given if there was a size related issue. Cancelled both jackets as it seemed very confusing and not legitimate at all. They deducted a payment fee of £28 which wasn't listed on the website or as part of the refund policy. Asked them to confirm in writing why they were deducting it as I was planning on escalating to my card issuer, I got a 'goodwill refund' straight away - not very trustworthy

I didn’t order in the end as I decided the jacket wasn’t for me. Ahmed was super helpful though, and processed the refund without a quibble. I won’t hesitate in purchasing from Hawk and Bull in future.

I had trouble with my initial order processing due to my bank. Hawk and Bull responded promptly to my inquiry and were EXTREMELY detailed in their response and very professional. I appreciated the time they took and verifying if I wanted to proceed since it would be a delayed Christmas present at the time.
It was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. My boyfriends jacket is incredibly well made and absolutely gorgeous. And the sizing is on point ! Truly worth the money and I will be shopping here again!

I do leatherworking as a side hobby so I can speak with some authority on the matter. This Maveric Jacket is NOT what they are advertising. I would not be surprised if they stole the image and made their own because the cuts are all wrong. The presentation was good and so was customer service, but the moment you say the word refund, they ghosted me. Cool, so you won't stand by your product or even discuss with me what may be the issue. Maybe I don't understand something about the product. Okay, help me understand then. Nope, none of that. I get this boxy shapeless jacket meant for a guy with a belly far larger than my own and you say nothing. My advice? Buy Lucky's Brand leatherjacket. Mine is a decade old and has looked great the whole time. Had to stretch it though because I put on good weight. This Maveric is a huge ugly disappointment. I waited a while for a review to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing? Here we are now. Don't buy Hawk and Bull.

From start to finish this was a great customer experience. I placed my order for an aviator jacket and received a follow up email asking me for some measurements. I made an error and H&B tailors picked up on this and made contact and asked me to confirm some specific measurements - I’m extremely grateful for their attention to detail. Delivery took a couple of weeks: it was Christmas and we had my measuring mistake - but tracking and delivery were spot on and I was really happy with my jacket: fits perfectly. I will definitely being going back to this company for any future jackets/ coats. A truly 5 star experience. Thank you!

I am writing this review honestly and without any hesitation. Hawk &Bull i order a red leather jacketbefore christmas and within a few days of my order Ahmed from customers servicd sent me an email requesting my measurements for the jacket to be made to my size properly. He sent all the proper details on how to do it and took a lot of time to send pictures of how to do it. I found this exstemely very helpful. When my jacket arrived. I was astonished of the quality of the craftsmenship and the quality of my jacket. The packaging was quality and also they gave me a jacket cover to prserve its quality. Im was extemely impressed and so happy with all the service i got from Hawk and Bull..from the customer service and the tailors it has been 1st class all the way. I recommend anyone to please check out there website look at all what they offer in the products im sure 100 percent you be happy once you recieve you order. This was my first order from Hawk and Bull.
Their prices were a lot cheaper than I would normally spend but at a level where it was worth a try.
I didn’t know what to expect but I was genuinely really pleased with the quality and the service.
It’s rare that I take the time to leave a review, but in this case it really does deserve the good feedback.

When giving the measurements, add a little extra, especially for the waist or stomach Aside from that, it seems like a good jacket, I'm happy with it.

I recently ordered a leather jacket from this company which arrived today . I always have problems with sizing , a medium can be too small or short in the sleeves & a large is too big in the body . I noted that it was possible to send detailed measurements when ordering the jacket which I did & I must say it fits perfectly . The leather is good quality & the style of the jacket is exactly the same as it appeared in photographs . I’ll certainly purchase items from this company in the future & I have no hesitation in recommending them to others .

This is a random factory in Pakistan. They use a UK address online and Canadian on Trust pilot.

The pictures online are AI. Actual product will looks completely different from fabric down to cut.

Contact with the company is very difficult and with significant lag between responses.

No responses via WhatsApp. Slow responses on email.

Requested pictures and rhe quality is poor. These are factory made on an assembly line. The jacket doesn't resemble the AI picture.

You can get better quality from repeatable UK based companies; Burton, Next etc

I got my double breasted pea coat. Got lots of compliments when I wore them. I was a little surprised when I ordered and realised that it will sent from Pakistan but i received it and it turned out nice. Thank you Ahmed

Beautiful product, well packaged, and received in record time!

Received an email 10min after my online purchase asking for detailed measurements which was great reassurance . My jacket came in the timescale promised and the quality was first class and a perfect fit.

I was very pleased with the fit of the coat, particularly the made-to-measure aspect. Overall, it is a well-crafted and stylish garment, and I have received many compliments on it.
