Ive been with HBXL now for about 7 years, they just get better which is hard to say for companies these days, nothing is ever a problem and they are a really friendly, helpful bunch. Thank you for an amzing service.

Trainer is from Tools as such you have a Guy (Thomas) that knows what he is talking about, unlike my previous experience with other companies who when asked questions could not explain in a builders knowledge.

Package looks complicated but it is easier than you would expect.

I've been using the drawing and estimating systems for over ten years and I find it easy and accurate.
All my subcontractors use the quantities for pricing my work which saves them time and it saves me money!.
On the rare occasions that I need to call in for support they're always patient and helpful - especially Jo Walsh.

I have been a Planxpress user for a few years now and the support team have never fallen short of a excellent quality service. They take the time to take you through any challenges whilst explaining the methods used.

Been HBXL software for a number of years now and been very satisfied with it. Because I'm not very IT minded I do have to call them now and again and I find the support very helpful.

EstimatorXpress, PlansXpress and health and safety Xpert have been the backbone of our business for many years. We design and build houses and extensions. We offer 2 or 3 options for a customer showing plans and 3d views. This usually secures us the work. I can import my drawing into Estimator and Print off a quote in minutes. Once the estimate is accepted I simply fill in the details into Health & Safety Xpert and were ready to start. Any issues or user advice have been quickly dealt with and always anwering the telephone first time. The support service has been second to none. Im retiring early now enabled by a succesful career backed up with first class administration software from HBXL

HBXL team has a fast reaponse regarding any issue that i have encountered. They sucesfully provided clear and reliable support and are capable of providing explanation to any level of understanding of software use.

Great software, great support. We have been using EstimatorXpress2019 for a while now and it is a fantastic piece of kit. The software has reduced time we spend on our quotations and effortlessly produce a fully itemised quote at the click of a button. Making amendments, whether it be additional extras or deductions at the clients request is handled easily with EstimatorXpress2019.

I have just purchased Hbxl software,very easy to navigate your not left on your own plenty of help on offer.It has shown me that I have been underpricing with my estimates.

I had an issue with a pdf. which wouldn't rotate. Thomas Brooks used Logmein to sort the problem, which turned out to be a failed update.
There is a rotation tool in the preview panel now when you import a drawing into Plans Xpress.
Tom was great to chat with, extremely helpful and also took time (late on a Friday afternoon!) to show me the new Scaling Tool.
I always get really quality assistance when I call HBXL.

Brilliant and clear run through the software we were considering for purchase. The presentation we great and we could see things step by step. There was no rush and we could ask questions as we went along. PlansExpress and EstimatorExpress are very impressive and sure they will help the business tremendously. Many thanks to Matthew and everyone else we spoke to, who were all excellent.
