James Harvey is obviously expert in current and imminent law governing possession of property from a defaulting tenant.
There were no delays in giving advice, no need to consult a supervisor,
Each stage was conducted effectively and efficiently,
explaining details of new and pre-existing legislation.
Charges were fixed, with no extra fees except the cost of bailiffs who, unfortunately, were required as the tenant did not obey a court order.

I used HCB Leigh to purchase my property. Heather Bailey and Ellie Parr were amazing and kept me updated throughout the transaction. For my first time purchasing a property they made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend.

Abigail Holding was the lady to helped me from start to finish and I seriously could not sing her praises high enough!!
