During the meeting with HCB on the date of the 6th June 2024, both myself and my father attended a meeting with HCB, James Harvey Ligation solicitor, he was referred to my father by another solicitor within HCB, during this meeting we felt as though my father had no legal rights to protect himself and others with in the community or his property, and some people are above the law. If as they have stated within HCB they do not have the expertise HCB should of stated this immediately, due to the complexity of my fathers case, HCB should have stated that this was beyond they capabilities before my father proceeded with the Will. My father felt as though he has no legal rights regarding the issues raised in the meeting. My father was instructed not to proceed with his case and to accept the legal advice from HCB, my father went to HCB for a Will and now it has been confirmed we do not have the support from them. Due to the stress and vulnerablity and my father health issues, HCB through they professional negligence have caused my father further medical issues. The meeting should have never taken place with HCB. I would advise any future client to be careful and conduct further investigation to make sure that HCB can assist you.

A Breach Of Their Professional Standards To A Client I was Lied to, Deceived & Misinformed with Legal Advice. Their Legal Advice endangered their Clients Life, Property & Children's Safety Laws.

HCB Confirmed that certain residents in the Borough of Luton are above the Law & Untouchable.

HCB Breached & Failed to Protect the NHS by Breaching the Health & Safety Laws which is a Danger To Lives To Date as to their Legal Response to their Clients Legal Issues.

HCB also Breached the Land Registry & Deeds Laws.

HCB Confirmed that their Client had to Accept Death Threats to his Life also accept Anti-Social Behaviour & Harassment Issues

I was Treated By the Whole Group of HCB that i had Crawled out of a Hole with No Respect to their Client including His Son which is on record .

There has been a conflict of interests from the 6th June 2024 To Date . This has been Confirmed with Further Evidence that HCB did Not Understand Evidence that was presented and their Clients Legal Issues

Incredibly rude and unhelpful person in the residential conveyancing team when asking for help on old files.

Sherie and Sharon were fantastic at keeping us informed at all time. They responded to emails promptly and phoned at crucial points.It was a tricky process. Although it was a short chain, the person at the bottom withdrew for 3 weeks and suddenly returned with a demand to complete within 2 weeks. HCB responded quickly and thoroughly, Chasing up other solicitors. they ensured the sale went through.
