Ordered a card and lanyard plus a radar…
Ordered a card and lanyard plus a radar key, well card came eventually after about 3 weeks even though recorded delivery was selected.
No radar key so contacted them and no reply to the first 2 messages, third times they replies to me in email saying they send my key next day delivery on the 09/07/2025 that’s some next day service that since it’s the 17/07/2025
The person that replied to me in email was tbh very blasé about it and almost not bothered.. shameful company.

Highly irritating fault - your website loads over 120 times a day.

"Please can you kindly email us.
You are supposed to be supportive of people with hidden disabilities! Not fobbing people off...
I don’t appreciate waiting three weeks and then being told to email someone else!? Why don’t you email them yourself since you are in the same organization?? That would be a lot more useful. Since it has taken you 3 weeks to respond, I will do it myself.
I would appreciate a much faster response this time please !

I don't know where to begin with how much the sunflower helped my daughter's first experience traveling abroad. We did 3 countries in 10 days over spring break. I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the lanyard for her just based on seeing some influencers on social media talking about it and how it helped them. My daughter is 14 and has Autism, ADHD and POTS. Leaving from our first airport, she had a TSA agent offering to help her get her stuff back together. We had a flight attendant on our redeye checking on her every 30 to 45 minutes. We were constantly escorted to a shorter line at borders and customs. The sunflower was even recognized at the Colosseum and she was led into a shorter line. For my daughter's first trip abroad that could really set the tone for her doing it again. I can't say enough good things about what this company has done for people with disabilities and making travel accessible and better in general. Whenever we got to a new city, she was able to just go do something because she wasn't so overwhelmed from having to get there. When I ordered the lanyard, I noticed that it was coming from a different country. I emailed them to ask for the tracking information so I could watch for it. I want to say I was emailed the next day and they marked it urgent and I got it 3 days before we left. I now follow the sunflower on instagram for the US and it is wonderful seeing all the work they are continuing to do!! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely worst company EVER!!!! My daughter ordered a lanyard on 01 April. When it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, we messaged the email provided online. We sent messages via instagram & Facebook, and over 3 weeks later, after sending numerous messages, absolutely NOTHING!!! They have no contact number. My daughter is autistic and spent her own money on the lanyard and she's so upset with the whole situation. PLEASE do not order from this company, u really are taking a risk!!!!!

Contacted the team via Facebook with a query on an item I wanted to purchase. Was provide first class customer service!! The scheme as a whole is great and I’m so pleased that more and more people now recognised the sunflower lanyards!

I ordered from Hidden Disabilities and my order was delayed due to the Canada Post strike. My sister had ordered as well but before my order and she had no troubles with receiving her order. We have HD sunflowers in our family and grateful for the selection they have. And our family is pleased that Hidden Disabilities has these wonderful items. Thank you Hidden Disabilities.
