I ordered two vaporizers
I ordered two vaporizers. They mailed the first one and withheld the second one. Two weeks after they say they wouldn't ship it unless I emailed them my ID. This is illegal.

Bought the puffco for my husband for his birthday in July and he hasn’t put it down since. It’s easy to clean, the C-port charger is fast and convenient and the piece is beautiful. Would recommend this product to just about every stoner I know

i got an ashtray that unfortunately broke on it’s trip so i contacted them and submitted pictures of the product condition. they were able to send me a replacement! so easy and so helpful

Buyer beware
This company took over a week to ship an "in stock item"
They wait until the item is sold, then order it, then rebox and ship to you.
That being put aside, my device I ordered comes with quite a few glass pieces, one of which came broken, no big deal it happens can't plan it on these guys right? Just ship a replacement and I would have been happy, nope, I informed them within 30 min of getting my item that it came broken. It's now been over a week of "

Thank you for sharing your feedback Keith. It looks like your order was placed on Thursday July 28th then was fulfilled and shipped out by Wednesday August 3rd. Per our terms & conditions, all orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. I assure you that we do not wait for an order to be placed then receive it and repack it to ship out to you. We do, however, have several warehouses around the country that house thousands of products and fulfills hundreds of orders each day so it can unfortunately take a few days to get to your order.
In regards to your broken item, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. While we would've much rather provided a replacement, this item was out of stock. We did issue you a refund and provided a link from another website which carried the broken item that we could not replace. We are sorry this did not meet your expectations since we couldn't order it from that website and drop ship it to you per your request.
Hadn't heard of them, very happy with order experience
I recently placed an order from headshop.com. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but they were the only ones that had the item I was looking for in stock so I rolled the dice. It took a couple days to ship (per some of the negative reviews on here), but that's not a problem in my book - it's a mom & pop shop and I sell a few things on eBay so I can appreciate the fact that not everyone can offer Amazon shipping turnaround times :) They accidentally sent the wrong item, but they quickly made it right after I reached out to customer service. Very glad I gave them my business and definitely recommend!

Shipping takes forever
Shipping takes forever, they send a tracking number because the label was created for the shipper but they don’t actually give the package to the shipper until way later, they failed to mention in their reply to this review that the package was ordered on July 14th but wasn’t delivered until July 26th which was 8 business days later

I had a dab rig sent to me broken and they replaced it no questions asked
I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. No complaints, lets see how the new one is when it gets here.

Does not stand behind their products
I bought an unsafe lighter that burned my sofa. I reviewed the lighter and received a canned response that didn’t match my purchase.
To resolve the issue, no refund was offered. Instead, I was offered a 10% coupon to buy more. I would avoid this company and purchase through more customer service oriented sellers.
