I had a deeply frustrating experience with HUFT while ordering a personalized dog bed for my pet, filled with issues that reflect a lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care.

Firstly, their website showed incorrect delivery dates, misleading me into believing the bed would arrive in time for my pet’s birthday. Sadly, the date passed without the bed. When I emailed them about this, they informed me that customized beds actually take 11-12 days to ship—information they clearly knew but failed to disclose on their website.

When the bed finally shipped after nearly 15 days, it was sent to the wrong address. This order was placed by a HUFT employee on my behalf with a one-time discount, and I confirmed the correct address multiple times over WhatsApp. Despite this, they shipped it to my old address. When I pointed out their mistake, they simply suggested I either accept it at the incorrect location or return it and wait an additional 10-12 days for the correct delivery. There was no accountability for their error, and I was expected to deal with the consequences of their oversight.

And if that wasn’t enough, I had ordered a sky/light blue color bed but received a dark blue one instead. For a personalized item that comes at a premium, I would expect at least the right color. Minor variations are understandable, but this was a significant difference that took away from the customized feel of the product.

When I reported the first two issues, HUFT’s customer support stopped replying altogether. As of today, it has been three days without a single follow-up email. I have added the same review to their website too but looks like they are hiding all the negative reviews.

Overall, I cannot recommend HUFT’s personalized service. Their lack of empathy and accountability turned what should have been a thoughtful purchase into a disappointing ordeal.

They’re a bunch of inefficient people who will never get your items to you in time. I have placed an order of close to 18000 and have been following up with them since the 5th. No sign of my items. Never using them again.

Horrible experience. Their customer support policy is pathetic. Regret buying so many things at once from their site. Never gonna order again.

This is my second bad experience with HUFT. First order had a pet food which took a week for delivery. Now I had ordered shampoo and biscuits and the order value was Rs 1500/-. The order was delivered on July 4 and for this order value they have an OTP system to confirm before delivery. I was in a meeting and could not give the OTP. The product was taken back by the delivery agent and I got a msg that the same will be delivered as per my requested timeline. So I had given yday July 6 Saturday for delivery. The product is yet to be delivered. How are they surviving with such poor service levels. Decided to move on with some other online store for my pet requirements.

It's been 2 days since I placed a small order for shipping in a metro city (and I was charged for shipping), HUFT seems to have overlooked the order.
They have not arranged for shipping of these 2 items. There is no shipment update and they are still confused about the shipping address.

I'm amazed how they can get away with such poor service in the age of Amazons making same day delivery without a charge. The amount of shipping charged by HUFT is similar to what most courier companies charge with a guaranteed 2-day delivery.

I've spent so much time to follow up on a Rs 600 shipment! Never again!!!

Not recommended at all!! Their products are too expensive. They are playing with emotions and targeting only rich people who can afford their product by showing them that they care about every dog, whether it's a stray, a pet, an indie, or any breed, but in actuality, they do not. A middle-class pet owner cannot afford their products at all.

Worst service by #Headsupfortails (HUFT), no values of word and commitment, all of the telecallers are fraud and big liars. They deny your order or last moment and ask for useless apology. Not trustworthy non reliable, highly not recommended.

They've good products, bad sales and delivery team. None of their products that are paid for reach the customers.

Am a first time dog owner hence I earnestly seeked the salesmans advice on which chew toy to buy for a particular breed n age category . He gave me the most unreliable advice . The toy is a mere dust gatherer hence can't be put on the floor. It's absolutely poor service or just an oddly bad quality product to sell . Whatever the case be i had a terrible experience with them .

Worst online platform for pet products. They sent rotten food that was open. They have still not picked up the food and not sent me a refund either. Don’t ever buy from them. Would not even give them 1 star.

Products are good, service tends to be slow at times. Overall a positive experience.

Untrained staff cannot handle the dog independently they expect the owner to be there all the time. Eye wash in the name of detangling service. Not worth the money. POOR EXPERIENCE 👎👎❌❌🚫🚫

when I placed the order I was promised that I'll get the order by tomorrow(like in one day) but the next day when I contacted your customer service they told me that it did not pass the quality check in Maharashtra so we are arranging your order from gurugram so now it will take 2-3 days more so then I requested him to change the delivery address which updated in the system but today I got a call from the courier company that they are at my old address to deliver the package so I again contacted your customer care and now they are telling me that courier partner maybe did not update the address in their system so now again it will take 1-2 days more.so now you tell me what's the point of placing an order for one-day delivery
WORST SERVICE EVER!

Worst experience with heads up FOR tail. I ordered toys for my dog on her first birthday. The order i received was wrong and even one toy was missing. I informed on customer care and they
denied for everything. As per their policies they can't do anything even where their team at fault. Thanks HUFT to spoil my dog's first birthday.
Horrible service, worst quality.

Don't waste your money. Very poor service and low customer care. It is like fraud company. I have order 12 products for my kitten and got 10 only and paid full amount. very very unprofessional

I was a loyal customer until i bought this product - Canine Craving Dehydrated Grass-fed Herb Buffalo Trachea Dog Treat. Apparently all reviews on Heads Up For Tails are independently verified by Judge.me to ensure maximum customer confidence. I posted my review and it after 1 day it started reflecting on the site. 2 days later, they removed my 1 star review and left two 5 star reviews on the product. They did not take my permission to do so and neither did they take corrective measures on their site or resolve the issue. Clearly reviews are manipulated to boost sales. To me that is unacceptable and a big breach of trust.

Now while you have an extremely detailed write up under features & product description, nowhere is the breed / dog size recommendation mentioned. And neither does it say – refer to image of the packaging for dog size. I went ahead and bought it since it seemed it was a treat suitable for all dogs. Now I have 2 shihtzus and a spaniel and imagine my shock when I unsealed the packaging on how big it was. Now I reached out to customer service to cross check is it really safe for little dogs and they informed me, its not meant for them and this is highlighted in the picture of the product. So basically you have a very detailed guideline but no mention of the recommended dog size. Which to me is an issue because not only did I trust your website, and now my trust is clearly broken, my dogs could be endangered & I wasted money on this product which is not suitable for them.

Has some really products and in-store shopping. However, their online shopping and delivery service has gone down tremendously. No tracking available. Their quality of in-house products has degraded.

I ordered a jacket for my golden retriever, the quality of the Velcro is very poor.

They have good quality products, my pet 🐕 love there product, I will visit again
