Health and Fitness Travel レビュー 

I stayed at SwaSwara (Karnataka, India) and it is my 4th trip booked throught Health and Fitness Travel. Again, the trip was carefully planned and everything worked out very well. The place H&F Travel recommended (SwaSwara) was perfect in every way. I would highly recommend booking your spa break/retreat/health travel with this company, as they always deliver.

I had the most amazing time at SwaSwara, which is a really special place. The whole set-up (i.e. using the rainwater from the man-made lakes, it being an absolute bird paradise and the general eco ethos) is most impressive. The staff were amazing, and I felt extremely well looked after. The Ayurveda centre is great and the treatments really gave me new oomph. I did go for an Ayurveda light treatment, since I was only there for a week.
The restaurant staff were really nice and I enjoyed meeting the chef (Shiva) and getting some kitchen tips from him. Having an artstudio on site is really wonderful, and I did some pottery with Mathew (artist in residence). I also took advantage of all the wonderful yoga classes and meditation sessions that were on offer. A particular highlight was the walk with Nitin (SwaSwara's naturalist).

Great ‘fusion fitness’ trip to Paradise Plage in Morocco. Decent hotel, and the staff were fantastic.
Laura at Health & Fitness Travel was superb, and the whole booking experience with them was easy, seamless and excellent value.

I consistently book my travel through Laura at Health and Fitness travel and on each occasion, I have found my experiences extremely professional, thorough and simple. Having travelled through Health and Fitness for the last 8 years, I never book with anyone else now. My trips to Lefay in the Dolomites and Lake Garda, together with my trips to SHA and a couple to Portugal and Greece have all been exactly what I wanted and needed for both my physical and mental well-being. Laura now knows exactly what I like so she’s able to advise me accordingly.

Most recently, I wanted to get away on a solo wellness trip for a few days - something that wouldn’t break the budget and that was also not too far to travel. Laura suggested a few options and I went with Longevity Medical and Wellness spa in Portugal - it was the perfect place to get away for a few days on my own, indulge in some peace and solitude, do lots of yoga in the fresh air, overlooking the ocean and simply relax. The treatments I had were fabulous - really nourishing and what I needed to de-stress. My only observation was that the menu didn’t change for the duration of my stay so the choices were fairly limited.

Overall I would highly recommend Health and Fitness travel - Laura certainly has my vote!

Would 100% recommend Health and Fitness travel! I contacted a few other companies but this was by far the best quote and such friendly personable people. They went above amd beyond and I wouldnt hesitate in using them again.

Transfers were very punctual.
The resort was really nice with lots of activities to do.
Staff everywhere were very friendly and welcoming.
Yoga with Carsten was excellent. Surf instructors were very friendly and patient. Spa had very nice facilities and massages were excellent.
I used the free transfer to Agadir and it was a good way to get to know the city.
I also went by taxi to Taghazout, just a 10 minute drive to this beautiful, picturesque village.
I was very lucky as the first 4 days the weather was excellent.

Everything went smoothly. Nothing unexpected.
Plain sailing, as a holiday should be.

Provided excellent advice and guidance to help us book the holiday we did not really know we wanted. Talked us through options and helped us pick the right destination and resort.

Continued to provide help as we had to reschedule twice due to Covid.

We eventually managed to take the holiday last week an had the most fantastic time.

Already back in touch with Health and Fitness to book travel for next year.

Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Health and Fitness Travel made it so easy for me to find the perfect vacation that I needed to detox. They made it a very pleasurable process to get all my ducks in a row and be ready for my trip. And once there, I had a marvelous time. Highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience on a holiday planned and arranged by Robert Clark. The entire process was smooth and perfectly organised. he listened to what I wanted from my holiday and my requirements. He took in account that it was my first solo travel. He found many destinations which we then narrowed down. The entire process was simple and all the details were arranged efficiently and he managed to get me extra spa treatments which was a huge plus point.
The holiday was fantastic. I went to the Vilalara Thalassa Spa in Portugal. It was one of the best holidays i have had. it was all absolutely perfect and an amazing experience.

Many many thanks to Health and Fitness travel and Rob Clark for the amazing holiday I have just returned from. I went to Pardis Plage in Morocco for a yoga/spa week. The whole process has been brilliant. The booking with Rob, who was super helpful and patient, made it really easy for me, especially being a solo traveller. I was able to ask lots of questions and felt prepped to go. The resort was amazing and the week was everything I needed and more. Breakfast was vast and very good and the other food was very good but very expensive, all reviews had already stated this, but everything else; 2 yoga classes and some type of massage per day, you cant ask for much more. so again, thanks so much!

I had a great week at the SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain and returned feeling relaxed and re-energised. Many thanks to Laura Burden of Health and Fitness Travel for organising it all for me and the friend who came with me, facilitating our particular requests, so that the logistics were seamless, and effortless on our part.

A beautiful resort - everything is geared towards a serene, wellness environment - very relaxing and tranquil. Key highlight was the exercise programmes, in particular super yoga teachers and an amazing healthy menu. Booking was made very easy with swift responses from the Health and Fitness Travel Team and frequent communication when needed. A great break!

This was my first time utilizing a travel agency and first time in Europe. I am from Kansas City KS and was on vacation for 5 weeks. Planning on my own became frustrating. Trains, meals, taxi's, etc. was difficult finding on my own. I decided to reach out to Health and Fitness Travel and Robert Clark was my planner. I was traveling with my 13 yr. old daughter. We wanted to have fun and be healthy at the same time. He customized a package to our needs, we chose Porto Elounda in Crete, Greece. Robert was in constant communication, before and after. When I had a minor issue with the resort, he was there to help me. It was so nice having someone do all the planning, all the little details. They took care of transportation, meals, exercise and treatments. We felt like movie stars, everything was taken care of. All we did was sit back and enjoy. Yet another fantastic holiday organised by Laura Burden. She always comes up with an amazing plan to accommodate my last minute requests.
My husband and I had the most wonderful week doing the reshape program at the Epic Sana. The best gym trainers ever... Patricia, Pedro and Filipa kept us engaged with their diverse exercise program, the spa team always greeted us with a smile and the food was delicious, satisfying and sustainable in a way you can carry on eating it at home as well. Could not recommend more!
