Christmas and New year escape to Absolute Sanctury Koh Samui. Cannot fault in anyway. It ticked all the boxes I required and the most painless of transactions from all parties. Will be booking again

I booked our week at The Sha Wellness Centre in Altea, Spain through Laura at Health and Fitness Travel. Not only did she get a better deal than booking directly but the follow up care was excellent and prompt when we had a couple of potential issues with the bill which were seamlessly resolved. It was an amazing wellness/fitness/detox holiday - I highly recommend The Sha - but Laura’s support and attentiveness from the original booking to final check out were exemplary. Thank you Laura!

We had a very enjoyable experience at Casale Panayiotis, the facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful and nice. As for the package, it was definitely good value for money and we appreciate all your effort into making our whole trip convenient and worthwhile. We went there for our 25th Year Wedding Anniversary and to relax and those goals were achieved. Thank you.

Right from the start… from initially booking, to the restricted Kcal - anti ageing experience, it was as smooth as silk.

1. Reception- not customer oriented; many tasks at the same time and not paying attention to client
2. Guide/ Customer relation - No structure in their activity and no professionalism; at arriving moment, we should go through the schedule; I experienced her time was limited, I experienced I am dealing with attitude " I do not have time for you "which resulted in mistakes and apologies but expensive for me, because someone has to pay. Poorly introduction in matter of orientation regarding spa area, treatments area, gym , restaurant, swimming. No information about menu , how many meals per day , nothing.
Appointments: never starts at scheduled time; median time is 20 min late which at the beginning
was very uncomfortable.
Spa: professional , quality, exceptional attitude.
Cleaning: about the room I have no complaints, but in rest such as restaurant, lift , it was completely absent. In restaurant I hade the urge "to run out in the very next moment " many times because of lack of cleaning .
Food/ Restaurant: total chaos, more or less under control. Below expectation in matter of presentation and taste of food. I remembered my time at the university canteen.

Ella was super helpful, efficient and a delight to interact with. I'd previously booked with Health and Fitness Travel in 2020 and the trip was cancelled due to covid, but I was extremely impressed that they gave me a full refund straight away, so I did not even consider booking my next wellness break through anyone else!

Absolutely Fantastic! Ella was wonderful! She called and emailed me several times until we got exactly the right package for me. The Annabel Croft tennis club coaches were all good, the Pine Cliffs resort was great! Will go again! And will definitely book with Ella!

The hotel I stayed in was really good with a great room and balcony view and the gym in the hotel was great along with the fitness sessions health and fitness travel put on for me. I would definitely recommend.

Laura is very efficient & gets the best price, even better than going directly to the hotel/clinic. The transfers she arranged from airport to hotel there and back were on time, easy to find, beautiful cars & polite helpful drivers. We are so pleased with the way Laura at HFT dealt with our request : she was fast, efficient and all it took was one phone call for her to really understood what we were looking for and to send us her selection of good retreats. We chose the Alpino Atlantico in Madeira for their Ayurveda and yoga specialisation and really liked the centre. The food, treatments and yoga teachers were excellent as was the location. A big thank you to Laura!

I cannot recommend Health and Fitness travel enough. I dealt with Laura who was amazing, so helpful with my booking both before and after my stay at SHA. She regularly stayed in touch with me, ensuring I got the most out my stay.
My experience at SHA in Spain was also incredible and I would encourage anyone looking to recharge and rebalance to pay it a visit.

Easy informative process. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and the resort was exactly as hoped. Great holiday!

We signed up for the weight loss programme with Absolute Sanctuary and were amazed at how delicious, varied and filling their meals were.
Our package from Health & Fitness included multiple treatments which were delivered very professionally by the Absolute Sanctuary Staff who made a great effort to make us feel welcome, supported and at home.
Our package included 5 personal training sessions which given by extremely professional trainers who pushed us to our limits - and while we were shattered at the time, we both felt noticeably stronger and fitter afterwards.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday experience to anyone with health and fitness objectives.

Laura Burden was such a great help from start to finish. She was able to provide me with advice, pros and cons of my shortlist of resorts. Communication was clear and prompt.

We have been using Health & Fitness to book our trips to SHA and The Glasshouse since 2017. I am very happy with the all round service despite the change of consultants over the years.

My trip to Sianji Hotel in Turkey was really excellent with the help of Laura at Health & Fitness travel. She helped decide it was the right place for me and the raw food programme was so good. Laura organised the private transport to the hotel and sent through all the pre-detox information which really helped prepare and get the most out of the week away. I loved all the activities which were part of the programme such as morning walks & restorative yoga plus the thermal pools & plunge pools made you feel great.

Laura has been amazing, from helping me pick the right place, to providing a personalised offer based on my wants and needs, to the small details like the personal airport shuttle from and to the airport. I highly recommend Health and Fitness Travel for a great wellness experience.
