Assistenza per annullamento lenta

Dopo il primo addebito è arrivato il secondo con il prezzo raddoppiato, ho contattato il servizio clienti inviando ripetute mail ma la loro risposta è che non si sono dimenticati di me e mi risponderanno il prima possibile .
Aspetterò ancora qualche giorno poi provvederò a contattare la polizia postale per capire se si può fare qualcosa …
L’annullamento dell’abbonamento è un diritto e non si deve aspettare una risposta ma avere la possibilità di annullarlo in modo semplice!!!

SCAM!!!!

I agree with the comments for this company. I’ve been trying to cancel my account and just going in circles answering their survey. My credit card company has even asked me to reach out to this company to cancel the hold but they have no phone number or email where I can submit a request.

inicialmente baje de peso pero actualmente tengo mas peso no deseo continuar con su plan y no he conseguido cancelar la suscripción.
No hay forma de cancelar. Todos los intentos me llevan a las recetas.
A pesar de que solicite recetas repetitivas nunca las obtuve.

DISONESTI ! Sto cercando di annullare l'iscrizione

Sto cercando di annullare l'iscrizione, credevo di averlo già fatto ma continuano ad addebitarmi ben 66.00euro da 33 che ho pagato la prima volta! premetto che non ho nemmeno usufruito dell'acquisto perché non mi sodisfaceva e dunque ho subito disdetto l'abbonamento sapendo di aver buttato 33euro (colpa mia) ma ora mi sono accorta che mi hanno già addebitato per ben 3 volte 66euro di spesa!!! E' difficile contattarli e io non so più come uscirne ...TRUFFA!!!!!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I signed up to try their offering and did not find any value in it. It was immediately suspicious, as I didn't get any subscription notification in my email. Their website does not look legitimate. They were just trying to charge me for another six months, and here is the message I received while trying to cancel my account.

"Warning!
Don't lose money! If you leave HealthGenom.com, it will cost you 660$ when you'll come back! If you leave HealthGenom.com now, then we will charge you 660$ when you come back! That way you would lose a lot of money!!! You currently pay only 132$ / 6 months!

Better stay with us, keep on losing weight and save yourself from expensive fees!"

Fraud!!!

The customer service and website are awful. I have tried to cancel my account on several different occasions. The steps provided are inaccurate, or they refuse to let you cancel. When I reached out to customer service, I got an AI response but not an answer to my question. I believe this "company" is a scam. I will report them for fraud.

Don't even think of the trial. BIG SCAM

An update from my case, the company is still ignoring my request and they don't refund the ILLEGAL CHARGE. Don't bother to try even the trial, the cancellation is impossible. They charged me 150AUD and as they reactivate your account anytime they like, they may charge me again. While you're on the system, they keep stealing from you. HUGE SCAM!!!
Customer service ZERO. Still claiming that activation wasn't cancelled!!!!!

They steal your money from bank account

I think I paid for 2 weeks to try it and after that they charged me a huge amount. I really didn’t want subscription and now I can’t cancel anywhere. They made it so difficult, so they can charge you what amount they want. They tried so many times… basically they steal your money and maybe they are covered in Term and Conditions somehow. Please do not try anything on their website!!!

Genom- Don’t fall for this please-The product is an outdated one

The product is an outdated one. They do not have an app and they claim to have mentioned it out there. They have such rude and arrogant customer service team on top of it.. who undermine people and instead of being apologetic cheat you. Never ever fall for it. Thanks

Forretningsstrategien er så aggressiv at jeg ikke vil have noget med dem at gøre, og advarer andre - det er ikke deres produkt, men måde de sælger det på der er helt gal - det er ikke bare på grænsen, det er langt over. Man snyder folk til at tro at man går videre i en “kigge proces” og vupti, så ønskes man tillykke med det nye abonnement OG en luksus opdatering og og og…..

Derefter er det bare at betale ved kasse et, igen aggressivt og INGEN reel mulighed for fortrydelse

Solicitó Anular mi suscripción

Estimados,

Por medio del presente solicito darme de baja y anular de manera definitiva mi suscripción a Healthgenom por motivos personales.

La semana pasada ya se realizaron dos cobros a mi cuenta (S/ 188 y S/ 62) y, además, el día de ayer han intentado realizar un nuevo cobro, a pesar de que desde el sábado 20 de septiembre vengo solicitando la anulación de mi suscripción.

Quiero precisar que no estoy solicitando reembolso alguno, únicamente deseo dejar de recibir los servicios y que no se realicen más cargos a mi cuenta.

Agradezco su pronta confirmación de la baja.

Son unos estafadores.

Me suscribí y luego al darle a chatear con un agente me cobraron nuevamente. Jamás recibí información por email y encima contraté por 6 meses ( que nunca use ) y me renovaron el cobro a los 6 meses y no hay posibilidad de anularlo. Una estafa

Very misleading

Very misleading. Tried several times to cancel, but to no avail. This is stealing my money. I'm very unhappy - I want no more payments going to this company. I never signed up for these amounts going and the website does not have any options to cancel your subscription. When asked to log in, it is not possible. When trying to change your password, it does not recognise you, and no reset details are sent to my email registered for this. It is very cunning to have money going out, without being able to cancel directly.

I have been trying to cancel my…

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I just lost my job and can't afford the money coming out of my checking account. I have had 2 charges that I see on our bank statement that I don't know what they are for. One for $66.00 and one for $29.95. I haven't used the app and don't know what they are for. I can't seem to talk to anyone or cancel it. Terrible company!!!
