I was very disappointed
I was very disappointed in this company. They don't tell you it's going to cost way more. You sign up then there is the added cost of groceries list, coaches, etc. I emailed to cancel right away but was told to go through the app and a bunch of exit questions that are not even in your own words. SO MISLEADING.

A total scam
A total scam. They claim under their Service Subscription Rules to charge a monthly payment of $USD66.00 when they are charging me weekly. Again they say it is simple to cancel - don’t believe it! There is no visible clear ‘Cancel subscription’ icon or anything. You simply have to spend hours trying to figure out how to get your money back or writing emails trying to communicate with someone!!! I will be reporting this scam organisation to the relevant digital authorities in Europe and Australia.
UPDATE
When contacting feedback via email - don’t expect a person, it’s AI. Be very careful when selecting a button - your card is instantaneously charged without any prior information of what you are enquiring about. In my case I was trying to find a way to Cancel by following their vague instructions and was charged! When I tried emailed my further complaint, I was told that as I had recently used their service, I wasn’t unhappy with it and it is faultless. All lies generated by AI. I’ve lost a lot of money for me - never again will I touch anything from the US. Don’t expect a refund at all!

This company has no integrity
As far as I'm concerned the company are thieves. I joined the basic program because I wanted to see if it worked. Absolutely everything after that is a additional purchase. They only give you one recipe at a time or should I say for the day in the basic program. I emailed them within minutes of signing up and ask for a refund because this is not the program for me. Guess I didn't read the fine print Because unless they're program is faulty you don't get a refund. Plus I think they're out of the USA I should have known better I should have Googled them first. It's on me because they don't have a conscience. My husband and I are both on Social Security with no retirement but apparently they need the money more than we do. Shame on me for being so foolish. Shame on them for having no integrity and being thieves.

Fraudulent billing
Fraudulent billing, I have cancelled my subscription via the app but am still being charged. The app has no contact details so it is hard to contact the company direct. Incredibly complex diet, don’t bother.

SCAM that should be illegal
They lure you into an affordable program. If you want to cancel, it is impossible on their website. I sent a video proof to their customer "service" to cancel my account, which they ignored!! (Implying I am tooo stupid to cancel when I sent the video proof of their dark UX/UI. Instead they sent a link where I cannot even log in. This behavior is a violation of EU law and may also constitute an unfair commercial practice under Directive 2005/29/EC. I am filing a complaint today. This is SCAM.

I repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription, but the app has no “Delete” button as they claim. I sent multiple emails — they just reply with useless instructions.
What’s worse — this account was created for my minor son, and they continue to charge money from my card without consent.
I blocked my card and filed a complaint.
Do NOT trust HealthGenom. Their cancellation process is deceptive and possibly illegal.

This is an awful service I subscribed on a trial basis and is almost impossible to to cancel. I have been trying to cancel this for 3 months now and they still take money out of my account. AVOID!!!

I signed up for a free trial and then noticed another charge on my credit card.
I immediately reached out to the customer support as basically was told that I checked and understood the terms. I didn’t even have the app nor used it and was told that I successfully used it.
Wrong…. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT. They tell you how to cancel thru a link they send you and you must record your weight before you get to the page to cancel the subscription and then tell you you you’ve used the app.
No Customer Service and the take your money and run.
