Not worth the money. Just a view recipes but for every personalized service you have to pay extra. Asked for refund as for the money-back-guarantee but they refused. You are constantly asked to pay more to get. more services, just time-wasting without result.

Follow-up: suspicious patterns after negative reviews – time for regulators to step in
Following my own experience with HealthGenom (see review from 11 July), I’d like to draw attention to what appears to be a concerning and potentially manipulative practice in the way this service manages its public image after receiving critical feedback.
Shortly after my detailed 1-star review, exposing the misleading nature of their so-called “weight loss plan,” the overall rating briefly dropped – and then, in a matter of hours, a cluster of glowing 5-star reviews appeared. These were almost uniformly from first-time reviewers, mostly men from the US, often using very generic phrases (“life changing,” “worth every penny,” “expert guidance,” “great support”). Notably, the product itself seems heavily marketed toward women seeking targeted, often weight-related, health solutions. This demographic mismatch raises a red flag.
Take a closer look:
All reviews posted within a 24–48 hour period.
Nearly identical structure, tone, and length – suggesting scripted or AI-generated text.
Several reviewers have only one review on their account.
Curiously broad claims about customised wellness for entire families, teenagers, or long-term fitness transformations – none of which are reflected in the actual limited “plan” users receive.
Is it all coming from the same IP address or orchestrated by the platform itself? That is not for me to prove – but it is a legitimate question for consumer protection authorities and review fraud monitoring agencies to investigate.
Meanwhile, genuine negative reviews (check a plethora of recent 1-star reviews) are met with robotic apologies and formulaic replies, while no actual issue is addressed or resolved.
It is high time for relevant bodies – including EU consumer rights regulators, data protection agencies, and review platform compliance units – to look into the business practices of HealthGenom.com.
Such deceptive ecosystems, built on manipulative design and fabricated reputation management, undermine trust in digital health services. At minimum, the public deserves transparency, accurate product descriptions, and the right to a fair refund – not smoke and mirrors.

Great platform with room for minor improvements
Heath Genome offers excellent personalized wellness solutions. The expert guidance is helpful and easy to understand. My health has improved significantly using their plans. Only wish they had more frequent check ins with users. Still highly recommend.

There is no way to Delete your subscription. The instructions make it sound very simple but there is not a DELETE button or link, nor is there a CHANGE button or link.

6 Monats Vertrag einfach nach 1 Monat gekündigt
Ich habe einen 6 Monats Vertrag fuer 36€ abgeschlossen. Die Rezepte sind oft nicht richtig übersetzt (automatische Übersetzung). Es gibt keinen Support wie angegeben. Ununterbrochen werden workouts, premium usw angeboten und ein Klick reicht und es wird sofort abgebucht! Ich habe ausversehen auf Workout aktivieren geklickt und schon wurden mir 20€ abgebucht. Per E-Mail habe ich die Rückerstattung der 20€ erfragt und man hat mir den gesamten 6 Monatsplan annuliert. Das heisst ich habe 56€ fuer 4 Wochen Rezeptesammlung bezahlt und dann wurde es einfach ohne Nachfrage annuliert. Ich warte immer noch auf eine Wiederherstellung des Accounts sowie eine Rueckerstattung der 20€.
Passt auf, hier wird man abgezockt und verarscht!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only do you have to go through endless questions several times and countless paid offers, that you have to reject, but also when you’ve fought your way through it all, you find the plan rubbish. So you ask for a refund of the plan, and you have to go through a questionnaire again. After a couple of emails to support, they agree to cancel you subscription. NO REFUND! The “guaranteed” refund is applicable only if their program is faulty. And, according to them, it is not.
Absolutely horrible and frustrating experience.

Fraud company
Unfortunately I read all the other reviews too late🙈 I bought the subscription and then like most of the users comment found out that I need to pay for everything one more time. The promise of the company is a nutrition plan specified for personal needs. I didn’t see it after the money transaction. A bunch of recipes and even to get a shopping list you need to pay extra. For a chat with a nutritionist you need to pay extra. And the first thing you see after purchase is an offer to buy a premium. It’s so sick! I contacted the support at the same day with the request to refund. We shall see. Otherwise I contact PayPal and Instagram both to prevent such scam schemes from this company!
Ps. I got a standard answer of the customer support here now, saying we will take care, but no one answers on my E-Mail, written on Sunday. Be careful!

This company is a complete scam. They offered a money back guarantee so I decided to try it. I tried it for a couple weeks and all I received was recipes unless I wanted to pay more for a health coach/nutritionist. I tried to get my money back and they refused. Be aware that even though it is stated that they have a money back guarantee, they will not refund your money!!

I though I was signing up for a diet plan.. they give you ZERO info.. just a bunch of recipes, then keep asking for pay this much more, and then this much more, and you don't even see what you're getting.. then you log in, and anything that is helpful you have to pay more for.. the recipes are the only thing you have access to, and you can google keto recipes for free.. so why pay for it.. I asked for my money back and they won't refund me, even though I asked for it within an hour of signing up..
