Arnaque et malhonête !!!

Cette entreprise est malhonnête et prend en otage les clients à qui elle fait miroiter qu'un régime de 1 mois coutera seulement 14€ alors qu'on constate, en regardant le relevé de notre Carte Bancaire, qu'il y a un débit de 19,99€ pour une soit disant "liste de courses pour la semaine"...
Et quand on demande l'annulation du programme, on nous répond que ce n'est pas possible, que tout fonctionne bien et qu'on a "cliqué" sur O.K. pour recevoir la liste de course ...
Leur programme beug et pour passer à la page suivante, on doit appuyer plusieurs fois sur la touche "enter", ce qui vous occasionne des surplus à payer...
S'il vous est possible de m'aider à récupérer le montant de l'inscription et de la liste de course non utile, je vous en remerciement vraiment.

Absolute joke and scam!

Absolute joke, before you even get to see the app which they say is guaranteed with a 30 day refund they offer a bunch of items as an up charge. The up charges are all a joke! The shopping list is probably the biggest it is a PDF of almost every item in the grocery store that is it, DO NOT BUY!!! The app is not user friendly and offers nothing but a few recipes you could find on the internet for free. Biggest SCAM ever and after multiple emails to get refunded they kept just saying I didn’t meet there refund requirements which all that was started at purchase was cancel within 30 days for full refund!

It is a scam they have misleading links to charge for everything, and charge every month without consent and threaten you to charge 660$ if you leave and come back....

Regarding the pricing when returning, the goal is to highlight the value of the program, and the price difference is due to discounted pricing during initial registration. You don't have to pay such an amount to return to our program. We understand if this caused confusion and apologize for that.

I have purchased plan for 1 month

I have purchased plan for 1 month, without any renewal. It was mentioned that it is for 3 month. Independantly that I have mentioned that I have reflux issue and lactose intolerance all the dishes and menu came with acidic prodicts and milks. After a week, for no reason my plan was suspended and i wouldn't be able to check any menu and continue. When I wrote to the support I was told that my plan does not exist and they do not have anyone under my login name. As I was going to cancel my plan anyway becouse of lack of service, I was happy to know that it does not exist. However today, I realised that they were charging some 22 EUR to my credit card every month (2 month on a row). I have no idea what i am paying for!!! My plan still suspended. The instruction of plan cancelation through up does not work as there are no plan canceletion option. Worse experience ever!

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Do not waste your money on this scam.

My credit card was used without permission for an in app purchase. I clicked on a shopping list to see the ingredients and was charged $30 (for one weeks ingredients)

Once I realised I had been charged with no permission I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. Surprise surpriseno refund

Scammers

Scammers. Won’t refund. I refunded immediately after purchase and they will not return my money. Terrible company, no way of getting in touch with them unless via en email bot. Would NEVER recommend this company.

Misleading subscription and zero customer support – Avoid!

I signed up for what was supposed to be a one-time test with Healthgenom.com, with no ongoing subscription. To be extra cautious, I even went to their website to check if there was any way to manage or cancel subscriptions – there was absolutely nothing available. No account settings, no cancelation options, no transparency.

Just to be safe, I emailed them three days after subscribing saying:
"Can you please confirm that after the month fee I paid is not recurrent? I want to test this app for only one month and this is what I signed for."
I never got a reply.
And now, surprise: they charged me again for a second month I did not authorize. This feels deliberately deceptive.
If you're considering Healthgenom, be warned: unclear terms, no support, and automatic charges with no way to cancel. I’m disputing the charge and will report this practice.

UPDATE:
I see you reply below and forward you (using your email below) the email I send you a couple of days after the payment requesting to not be charged as subscription. You refused to acknowledge this and Paypal doesn't refund my money!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - So so many reason. First as soon as you make the purchase they try to upsell you to a plan that was what I thought I was already buying. Then, they want to upgrade you again so that you can see your shopping lists for more than a day a time. The recipies are VERY cumbersome with too many obscure ingredients in small quantities so it is very expensive to make. The measurements are all in grams so good luck if you don't have a scale and good luck even if you do. Then their "100% 30-day money back guarantee" is a joke because when I tried to get my money back they told me I had to go through a bunch of steps, which I then did, and then they told me that I must not have actually followed it correctly because if I had, "you will lose weight in time. This is how the program is designed." So apparently they do not actually have a money back guarantee. I cannot express enough this is a horrible product with horrible customer service.

I would rate a ZERO if I could

I would rate a ZERO if I could. I purchased membership and add ons (under pressure of product not being so good if you didn’t) and then read reviews. Based on these I decided to cancel within 15 minutes of purchasing foolishly thinking there would be a 14 day cooling off period. I thought this was a legal requirement but alas no, I can’t get my money back and no offer of a partial refund. Not happy.

I would give a negative value

I would give a negative value, if I could. This is a total scam and when I tried to cancel, I lost more than an hour of my time to figure it out. They should be charged with business fraud and embezzlement of funds. Stay away!

Refusal of refund

I joined the program at a ridiculous hour at night after coming across it on Instagram on the night of the 9th April. I tried the program from the 10th April(obviously) to the 10th May and on the morning of the 10th may I requested a 30-day refund as the program hasn't worked for me. After 4 emails the response I got was that I am out of the refund period . This is ridiculous! 1 day or few hours shouldn't forfeit a refund.

Be careful of unthorized charges

When I started my subscription on May 8th, 2025, I was charged with an extra amount of 19.95 USD for the extra service of a shopping list that I DID NOT AGREE TO.
I complained to their customer service and they refused refund claiming that: "Each additional service offer includes full information about provided service as well as costs. Any of these offers can be either accepted or declined. Since you have accepted offers for additional services, payments were charged accordingly."
I DID NOT ACCEPT THE EXTRA SERVICE.
Apparently that doesn't matter because upon subscription I agreed to the general terms of service. So they basically say you didn't need this additional service? Too bad. You already paid for it.
DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND!! I should have read the reviews before subscribing.

Was double charged and service is manipulative

Was double charged, and uses psychological to tricks and manipulation to up sell.

I just signed up for a 3-month service, I declined the premium, but then accidentally chose the get the whole menu for a week option for $20 which I didn't want and was charged twice, and all the services seem to have an extra charge. What does the basic 3-month plan include exactly as everything seems to be an extra cost?

I have to say I am disappointed in the use of psychological tricks to try to upsell this service from the start, it feels very manipulative, especially when it's presented before I've even had a chance to look through or try the service. The threats that it's going to cost a lot more or I must not really want to lose weight if I don't accept these extra services immediately makes me very uncomfortable and suspicious that the extra services must not be all that great if they don't trust that people will want to subscribe to them because they like the program and want to add to it.

I tried to cancel, which is a gauntller of questions and I still wasn't able to do it, and sent an email asking for a refund for the fees I just paid - about 30 minutes after I signed up because I almost right away I did not trust the service. It feels very scammy and uses guilt and fear of missing out tactics to sell extra services - it's not a good look. I hope I will be able to get a refund and cancel it, if not I will be reporting this as a scam to my credit card because of the psychological tricks and the exceedingly difficult time I had trying to even figure out the service and cancel it. Please avoid at all costs.
