Terrrible Advice/Customer Service
Terrrible - this is a complete scam, they charge and upsell you on every nook and cranny they can. There are no refunds if you are unhappy with their practices. I highly recommend you to seek help and advice elsewhere. The only thing this company cares about is their fat pockets!

I was charged twice!
Youthgenom is similar to app.healthgenom.com
After doing the test, I was led to pay to see the tips to improve premenopause symptoms. But sadly, I had to pay to see the tips and subscribe for 1 month only.
I didn’t know the tips was a daily meal plan. So I began to browse the meal
Plans and how it could help me with my pre-menopause. But then as I am browsing, the app will ask you to pay more for personalised nutritionist. I remember clicking ‘I don’t mind losing weight slowly’.
And then as I was browsing, I was charged with extra $19.90. I didn’t even remember being asked to pay.
I immediately emailed healthgenom.com about this extra charge and I find this whole sudden charges so frustrating and I anm not happy with the meal plan so I decided to ask for a refund.
After 24 hours, I got a reply from Lisa that this 2nd charges happened because I tapped on the shopping list which is part of the app, $19.95! It didn’t even ask me if I wanted to! If I knew that it will charge me, I wouldn’t tap it.
Moreover, the consultant also mentioned I will be charged $33 after a PAID trial month. I seriously didn’t know about this until she emailed me.
I also find it super exhausting to unsubscribe from this app. It just won’t let you off the hook. It says if you cancel the subscription, you will have to pay $165 to lose weight again!
I asked for a full refund but they won’t. even when I told them that their meal plans are not suitable for me.
After communicating with them through emailing, they finally agreed to refund both of purchase because there is a problem with their system.

It’s classic bait and switch
It’s classic bait and switch. None of the things advertised to me before paying were offered. If you want those things you have to pay for them. But they don’t tell you that until after you’ve initially paid. Despite taking an extensive quiz, I feel none of it was taken into account when creating my “meal plan.” I had specifically mentioned ingredients I didn’t like and guess what comes up in the first couple weeks? Those same ingredients. Want to exclude those recipes? Nope. That’s going to cost extra. I feel that since these were not excluded, the health issues why I wanted a nutrition based diet weren’t being addressed at all. Want more than *one days* worth of ingredients to shop for? Nope, that’s going to cost you. Did I know any of this would be costing extra after making a payment for the service that was advertised? Nope. So I sucked it up and paid extra to have more than one day’s list for groceries. Is it organized in any sort of way? Nope. You’ll have a fruit at the top and a fruit st the bottom. A meat at the top and a meat at the bottom. Shopping takes twice as long because the items are not organized. And included in the list are ingredients from recipes you don’t want to make because, again, it costs extra to exclude them.
And the recipes aren’t reviewed. The very first day I had ingredients listed that were not mentioned what to do with in the body of the recipe. And the amounts are laughable. “0.02oz cumin”. lol wut? Lemme go grab my ultrasensitve micro scale to figure that out. It’s just not practical or manageable. Need to make it doe more than one person? Nope. Not at all possible. But if it was, they’d probably charge you extra for it.
It’s a classic bait and switch and I’m ashamed I was suckered into it and bought before checking reviews of the site first.

Virtually impossible to cancel!!!! BEWARE
I’ve spent the last 15 minutes trying to cancel this subscription, but every button either redirects me or tries to talk me out of it — making the process unnecessarily difficult. They tell you to go to your profile, but there literally is NO button to cancel subscription. This should be much more user-friendly. I was finally able to cancel ONLY the premium subscription, but I’m still unable to cancel the 6-month plan I paid for last month. It should not be THIS hard to cancel a subscription!!!! You are in for one big headache if you want to cancel.

This is not a thought out diet plan at all!!! They put some food together that sounds basically healthy, call it a program and charge you a fee. Just enough trickery to look ligit with all the questions they ask. They give you recipes but not serving amount or allow you to change the recipe without paying more. You click something and they just ask you to purchase another plan.
The recipes are not going to help you loose weight if they allow you to eat the whole thing and no nutrition info. If my doc asks me how many calories, I'd have to pay more $ for basic diet information.
Because it's digital info they say they can't refund. A SCAM. DONT PURCHASE.

Hidden costs and poor customer service
Concept is great, but alas it’s a total scam. First they did not advise me that the price was in USD (I paid in AUD). Then once you have access to the program they advise you that to get the full program you need to pay extra for EACH part- they don’t even allow you to plan your weekly meals, the menus are released daily unless you pay for the “shopping list” option. When I asked for a refund (within half an hour of the initial transaction) I was refused- no cooling off period? What an absolute joke.
Stick with NOOM, far better value and intentions. Another US company to boycott.

Eastern Europe based SCAM!100% Just Get NOOM
SCAM! Needs to be shut down - offers nothing more than a garbage cookbook no access to any actual features unless you pay more - not at registration but after you are subscribed and have taken all your personal info. What they offer is useless unless you subscribe to the actual features of a program . literally a SCAM! Also nice try with the fake reviews! Call your credit card company for your refund don’t waste your time - this was a well thought out SCAM. I contacted this company three times in their five day period and they violate Canadian Consumer protection by you inadvertently having to sign away. My rights at registration. Refund my money. I requested a refund within hours of seeing the catfishing product. The refund policy also a scam. UPDATE - They have said they will process the REFUND.PENDING… to be updated .

I think this is a scam
I think this is a scam. I paid for the one month subscription, can see that the payment went through, and within hours was told that there was a problem with my account and directed to re-enter my payment information.
Additionally, the language is predatory "If you don't continue your plan, it will get really bad!" is an actual line on the website.
Furthermore, since I can't access the account that I've already paid for, I also can't cancel it.

Don`t purchase anything from them.They are making money on cheating people.They charged me for a shopping list an extra service which I didn`t purchased and they refuse to refund my money.
But there is customer protection even in European Union and we customers have rights not only payment obligations for their services.
I don`t recommend.Such a shame to cheat on people and make money like that.

It's a rip off, zero stars!!
If I could give zero stars, I would, this company simply rips you off!! When you purchase the programme they add on extras which you can't decline and advertise a money back guarantee which they don't honour. They're super slippery - I asked for a full refund as I'd seen the guarantee and they told me you could only get it if you saw it at checkout.. but of course it's not on their checkout page and they know it, that's the getout clause. And they straight up lie that you can decline buying additional services - some you can, but not all. A horrible company to deal with and are refusing to give me my money back. What a scam.

You have to give your credit card number to get an idea of the service you could have and they charge you even if you had no intention to pay + service you had no idea you agreed.
You can't get a refund even if you ask for it shortly after subscribing during the LEGAL TIME.
This is definitely a scam !
If you rate your experience badly they say they will refund you if you delete it but do nothing such.
The service they provide is nothing like they claime they do.

What absolute horseshit
What absolute horseshit. It says 3.50 dollars a month for the first three months and then charges you 23 dollars and then to access any mealplan or ingredients lists it actually charges you 60 more dollars. What kind of cheating service is this? Why not just say it is 85 dollars up front but that you actually get a service for 85 dollars??? What is the point of lying to the customers and then flaunting a bunch of photos of skinny women, talk about weaponising femail beauty standards under the guise of "health" and caring for your body. And then when you try to cancel the subscription, the entire "exit interview" is made up of shaming questions, like, did you even try it? with only the options yes, and no, and there is no option that says, the price was misleading, or you scammed me (of course not, why would they write something true when they can try to shame you to feel bad about your hormonally imbalanced struggling body instead, its so much easier for them). I am 100 percent sure all of the 5 star reviews have been bought by the company.

I'd give it zero stars if possible. I didn't order this product and didn't know I was fraudulently charged until the next month. I asked fir a refund explaining I never ordered this product. They are fighting me tooth and nail. I've reported them to PayPal and will go that route to get my money back.

Absolutely foul customer care. Literally was on the site for 5 minutes and could see it was not for me at all, repetitive meals even when you pay the extras. Requested a full refund and denied. Sent the same replies and texts back. I think if someone has genuinely not used it, cancelled right away, then any reputable company would not quibble at all and give you all your money back. I still want a full refund and the name and email of your CEO.
