Should be a 0 start option. Ordered in November and have never received my hoodie. Emailed many times and been ignored. SCAM

Really poor communication - I received no email, no order number..just a notification from my bank that they had taken my money. I waited 34 business days before someone finally came back to me to tell me there was a delay with my order, but that they could not confirm how much longer I would be waiting. 34+ business days for a hoodie and with zero communication from the company is utterly ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusting and terrible service, ordered two months ago and have not received any correspondence or my order. Spent nearly £50 with nothing to show for it, how companies are still allowed to behave this way with no consequences is beyond me. Disgusting behaviour and I will be reporting to trading standards. This company should be ashamed of themselves, taking from people who work for the NHS and their entire career is caring for others. Disgusting and shameful and to say I'm angry is an understatement. Would give 0 stars if I could, stay away!!!

Absolutely disgusting , i ordered on April 8th I have never received this order and i have contacted them numerous times to ask what is happening and to request a refund. Just one big scam do not buy from here at all.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered in early March with a 14-21 day estimated delivery. Now nearly July and no order. No response to emails. Total scam. To target NHS healthcare workers as well, it’s totally disgusting!

I placed an order for a NHS cardigan in April. I’ve not received my order still and have sent numerous emails enquiring about the item or a refund. I have not had one reply to these emails. I feel I have been very patient but now feel I need to write this review

No item now 2 months after I ordered - no response to emails at all. I have completed a chargeback through my bank and don’t expect what I ordered to ever turn up. Don’t waste your time or money!

Ordered in October after recommendation from a friend and still haven't received my order, they were answering emails but this has now stopped. Avoid at all costs 🤬

First order came through fine, second order, no sign of it and no replies to emails either. stay away from them, they need shutting down.

2nd of October 2023 I ordered and still have no received my item!!

Diabolical online experience! Have ordered twice prior with no problem, this time however order not received, no communication from them whatsoever and still website is active and innocent health workers are ordering clothing not knowing they won’t receive it! I’m not really sure how they can get away with doing this as in my eyes it’s basically stealing!
AVOID AVOID AVOID I lost nearly £50 but I’m guessing there’s folks that have lost a lot more, no reply to emails and from what I can see from other reviews they have taken there phone number off the website!
To say I’m angry is an understatement. Am also going to report to Trading Standards which I think we all should to see if anything gets done.
Rant over, just avoid at all costs!

Scam. Ordered in January and never received (now June). Have contacted seller and never received a response. Can’t believe this website is still active when it is clearly just theft. Disputed my bank.

Placed my order in February, despite multiple attempts at contact I did not receive a reply and still currently have not received my order. Reported the company through my bank as fraudulent and they have retrieved my money. It’s very low to target NHS workers for a scam and I hope the people get caught soon !
