AVOID!!
Ordered in October 2023 and still waiting. Unable to contact anyone, emails are ignored and now no direct phone line to be able to speak to anyone. The money for the order was taken in October and seven months on I am still waiting.

Awful website. Placed an order on the 1st march 2024, no order has been received. I have sent 5 emails and had no response to any. Horrendous!!!

Do not use this company - ordered a fleece October 2023 - never received and not reply’s to email - disgusting company should not be allowed to trade

Ordered 14th of January this year, didn’t get an update for months. Finally got an update 26th Feb that they’re expediting the order. 10th April decided to cancel my order, UP UNTIL NOW 6th May, no response and update. Don’t order from this website, you’ve been warned.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE!!! DO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR ANY GENUINE RESPONSE FROM THEM. I MADE MY ORDER IN AUGUST 2023 AND TO THIS VERY DAY APRIL 2024 I’M YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDERS BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOING THING!! PEOPLE PAYING FOR ITEMS AND NOT RECEIVING THEIR GOODS. THIS IS STEALING FROM CONSUMERS AND COMMITTING FRAUD!!!!

Ordered my fleece 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. I have contacted them 3 times via email with no response. I contacted them on instagram of which I received an “automated message” that they won’t deal with order issues over direct messages. Personally I don’t find it very convincing and I think someone has just written it out like that to ensure I don’t reply (i have replied). People seem to be getting their products albeit a lot later than usual so hopefully it will still turn up.

My daughter ordered a fleece in November. Never received. Emailed and had a response from ‘Amy’ saying out of her control. Wouldn’t refund money and said to wait . After being very patient emailed again three times and now ignoring emails.
Contacted Klarna who my daughter paid through and they won’t help as it’s been over 120 days!! .
So basically they have stolen my daughters money! She is a student paramedic with little money .
I am taking this further and reporting to Trading Standards

Waited 4 mths for my order, I emailed several times, got an answer from “Amy” whoever that might be, asked for the return of my money several times, eventually applied to my bank for my money back, as I felt I had been scammed and this company didn’t exist. Funnily enough when my bank took up the case, my order suddenly appeared. I’m disgusted with this company’s lack of communication, and complete work ethics. Don’t go anywhere near them. Wish I could give minus stars …

I ordered a fleece on the 6th December 2023, after multiple emails and calls I was told three different delivery dates and still the fleece hasn’t been sent to me. I was told Monday the 22.04.24 that my order would be delivered on Wednesday and a delivery message would be sent by 4pm and I still have nothing. I called them stating that I haven’t received a message and the woman on the phone just kept saying I can’t hear you multiple times and didn’t take my call when I called them back. This is very frustrating and upsetting. On the Monday I asked if a refund would be possible and they said because as it is personalised this wouldn’t be a possibility but I will be reporting and seeking legal advice if this issue is still not resolved by the end of this week 26th April 2024 as the service states 14-21 days plus they have taken my money and not replied with any updates.

Do not buy from them! I’ve placed an order at the end of Oct 2023 and still waiting! Vague responses. Lost money!!!!

Much like the other reviews, I ordered my fleece 3 months ago and have not yet received it.

I tried to contact the company, but of course there is no telephone number which ordinarily I would have deemed a red flag. However, they seemed to have a good following online so trusted they were legitimate.

I suggest contacting your bank and explaining the situation, they will process a refund for you. As a student nurse, I was given the money to buy this as a gift for passing my 1st year. It disgusts me that someone would be cruel enough to target healthcare professionals, but especially students given we aren't even paid for our placements!

Glad to see I’m not the only person ripped off by Amy , disgraceful fraudulent company, do not order from them.

DO NOT buy from this company. My order was processed back in February. I have contacted them on numerous occasions to ask when my item will be shipped. I’ve had no reply to any of my messages. I’m now in the process with my bank to retrieve my money from this company. They don’t even deserve a one star!!!!!

This company is is a total Scam. I’ve ordered my item since February and emailed them but haven't heard from them till date. Do not order in this Company .

Bloody terrible. Avoid. Bunch of losers preying on poor underpaid, undervalued, under-heated NHS workers! No contact, terrible customer services and not a chance my wife's jacket will turn up after 4.5months of chasing. And she's still cold.

Ridiculous! Placed an order Nov 2023 and until now haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them last week but also didn’t received any response at all. They’re a rip off! Don’t order from this site. 0/5 rating!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order in August 2023 and still not received my goods. Looking at the reviews I guess I won’t. Absolutely ridiculous company and constantly fobbing me off with the promises to deliver. Won’t give me a refund on a personalized order, even though it doesn’t exist and had the nerve to offer me 20% off my next order as compensation. ( like that’s going to happen ). Please don’t deal with this company, a complete scam. Now they won’t even reply to me, so going to seek legal advice.

We have pretty much the same to say about this shambolic mob as everyone else. We ordered in December, still haven’t received our order, we phoned in January and February to be told there were back logs and we couldn’t have a refund even though they admitted the item hadn’t been made. I’ve tried calling them today and now they don’t even provide a phone number - probably because of all the complaints they are getting. I did find one number 08000236244 but they claim to be a sister company and they will pass on the message. I’m not holding my breath.
I think the best thing you can do is just avoid them and try someone else.

Do not buy anything from this dreadful company
I purchased a fleece in September.
It has not arrived
They have refused to give me a refund.
They advised me every time I email that it will arrive within 14-21 days and now they are ghosting me.
Save your money. Go elsewhere
