Very polite and professional service from start to finish. Was told what was involved in the procedure and constantly asked if all was well. Would definitely be visiting Hear4u again and recommending them to family and friends. A1 service.

It states on line that the clinic is disabled access which is not true as the front door has steps to enter and when you need to go from the waiting area to the treatment area more steps

Managed to get an appointment very quickly. He was patient and explained what he was going to do without rushing through. Removed the wax from both my ears explaining step by step, felt very much at ease.

From easily booking an appointment on line, with not too long a wait, to coming out happy and satisfied with my treatment, I can easily give 5 stars.
Donna who treated me was lovely. She put you at ease straight away, fully explained the procedure, was super efficient and so friendly. I would recommend this branch of Hear4U to anyone.

Leicester branch - saw Roger who was great and provided an excellent service. Managed to see me the following day and included a hearing assessment.I use regularly and would recommend without hesitation.
