Friendly, polite, and get a good job done on the price is reasonable

Explained and dealt with the whole process with consideration and patience, I felt quite at ease. The relief of having wax buildup removed was incredible, able to hear properly after weeks of struggling, thank you. Highly recommend.

First time at this place.
My ear was completely blocked, was a bit painful during the process….once ear was clear, could see that this was because the stuck wax had been there that long that it had turned black and totally solid 😬.
She was very careful, it just happened to be stuck in an awkward part of the ear.
Thanks, will use again…..if ever needed 😊

Very easy to book appointment by phone. Excellent service, very efficient. Had earwax removed from both ears by water quickly and painlessly. Whole appointment no longer than 15 minutes. Well worth it and now no more irritating feedback in my hearing aids!

This was my first time visiting Hear4U. From the beginning they were welcoming and friendly. I went as I could not hear anything out of my left ear due to a build up of wax. As soon as I entered the examination room I was put at ease. The procedure was explained to me in detail and I had lots of time to ask any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company (in fact I already have to others!) and will definitely be going back when needed. Thanks Roger (I hope I’ve remembered his name right) he was absolutely amazing and so kind and patient as well as knowledgable.

I have visited several clinics for wax removal, but this was easily the best.

My visit on the 3rd October was my second visit to Hear4U - Hinckley. As before the welcome, care and explanation was swift and excellent.

I was recommended Hear4U from a work colleague to clean out the wax in my ear. They did a brilliant job and what a difference it has made to my hearing

Very fast booking system online got in next day..on arrival very friendly receptionist….straight forward no waiting..Lamima removed all wax from my ear in minutes. I would recommend hear4 u in Rothwell
