Good treatment by experienced person. Head supported, proper equipment in place

I Was seen on time.Everyone was friendly and Professional. The Treatment lasted roughly about 15 Minutes.Kristina who was doing my actual Procedure explained everything to me really well.

Kizzy is an excellent receptionist and Kristina is simply perfect as a therapist!

The office was very clean and the staff very welcoming. Vincent was very kind and explained the microsuction procedure well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vincent at Hearology, extremely professional and courteous.

Have used Hearology a few times. A professional and reliable service. On this occasion, I required a follow-up, which was provided free as part of their terms.

I got an appointment quickly and was given lots of useful information and advice from the clinician.

Great customer service and very friendly knowledgeable, professional staff. I came in for micro suction after receiving poor service elsewhere can now happily recommend using Hearology at London Bridge for any issues you have with your hearing. I only wish I had come to them first.
