Hello I'm Carl. Heat Solve has been established for over 12 years. My areas of expertise include installing, repairing, emergency breakdowns, fault finding and general maintenance within plumbing and heating for domestic homes, for a wide range of customers. I specialise in Gas boilers, heating system controls, hot water cylinders, unvented cylinders, LPG, bathroom installations, underfloor heating, smart phone heating controls and zoning and all aspects of plumbing. Im DBS and Gas Safe registered no 510528. I am accredited with a number of manufacturers and as an advanced installer for Ideal I can offer extra warranty. Manufacturers I know well and work with include Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Potterton, Baxi, Powermax, Veissmann, Keston, Ideal, Gloworm, Honeywell, Nest, Hive, Aqualisa to name a few. Carl serviced both my son’s boiler and mine. He left each area very clean and gave good advice to my son about the age and condition of his boiler. This is the 3rd occasion Carl has done jobs for me and have recommended Heat-Solve to friends.

They carried out the work efficiently but the cost to people on pensions puts you off having anything serviced unless It's really necessary

We were lucky enough to have Carl from…
We were lucky enough to have Carl from Heat-Solve attend and fix our boiler and upgrade our heating system just before Christmas.
Prior to the work being done he did a comprehensive inspection of our existing heating system and gave us options on how to proceed with fixing and improving it.
His communication throughout was great , with updates and information sent by WhatsApp and email.
Once on site in our house he was very considerate to my wife working from home and arranged any disruptive work around her requirements to have quiet periods.
Whilst carrying out his work he explained everything he was doing and what was needed to control the new installation of thermostats.
We now have a heating system that is fully controllable, leaks in radiators fixed and boiler now working as it should.
We would thoroughly recommend Carl and Heat-Solve and will definitely be returning to him for any servicing of our heating system in the future

A great, reliable local company!
Have used them several times over the years. Quick to fit in a visit, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Just needed a new boiler right before Christmas and all organised and installed with minimum fuss and disruption. Highly recommended.

Great Service and Communication, Boiler fixed within 48 hours
Carl fit us in at short notice and did not charge us an extortionate call out fee. He identified the problem quickly and came back the next day with the replacement part. Boiler has worked perfectly since.
