The plumber, Jonty, was very kind and the way he changed the cistern and toilet fixture was very clever and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Very professional. Had a very nice experience regarding a replacement boiler. Firstly very quick response from a very nice lady (Lucy) who sorted out a engineer in quick time (same day). The engineer was also a very nice chap (Jonty). All the work was complete within a short space of time without any issues. I would definitely 100% recommend and will only be using FD plumbing in the future.

Amazing professionals

We required four large vertical radiators to be replaced. Fabio did an initial assessment, recommended the replacement radiators and provided a quote. Having purchased the radiators independently, two weeks later Fabio spent the day removing the old and replacing with the new. Friendly, efficient, tidy and clean, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FD Plumbing.

The kitchen sink was very badly blocked, emptying a full sink of water would take, literally, 40+ minutes. I had tried several times with a plunger and the drain unblocker products you can buy in the supermarket but it was making little difference.

FD Plumbing's draining specialist applied a thorough and methodical process to get through the blockage with professional tools and managed to remove two big blockages that were 3 and 8 meters deep down the pipes! Ever since the water flows like it had never had!

Reece left the work area clean and tidy. He was very kind and a true professional.

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did.
Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it.
He has restored our faith in tradesmen again.

I've used FD Plumbing & Heating for several plumbing and heating jobs (including annual boiler services) as they provide an excellent professional service at reasonable rates. Having an engineer who is knowledgeable, experienced and skilled is very reassuring. I highly recommend them.

Fabio did an amazing job. In less than two hours he was able to fix the heating problem which had not been solved by many other plumbers.

This company's website makes a point of serving all London boroughs and goes to some trouble to list just about every area of London, giving the comforting assurance that they will "send an expert out", 24 hours.
The one positive (hence the two stars rather than one) was that they got back to me the next day... to say they don't cover my area (Southwark) despite their website saying they do. So my issue still isn't fixed and I'm now worse off in terms of getting it fixed before Xmas.
