TAV gardens have completely restored my faith in internet companies. Ordered the Lurrels Sat (very late) arrived Monday lunchtime. Delivered and very neatly left for us for when we returned from work

Great prompt communication from Georgina with answers to my questions. Delivery was the following week.
Very helpful polite delivery driver brought the 3 wrapped potted trees on a pallet with a jack trolley to my back garden gate for my husband and I to carry into the garden for planting. Thank you, that made it so easy for us.
The trees were in excellent condition and looked exactly as advertised on line.
The whole process was so easy and stress free.
Delivery charge was the same for coming to Fife, Scotland from England which was amazing as the company could have so easily increased the price.

I recently ordered 40 laurel hedges (6-7 ft) from this garden centre, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. From the first contact, the team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Georgina has been absolutely lovely, always quick to reply and very knowledgeable. Travis, who delivered the hedges, was also great —he not only helped with the delivery but also shared so many useful tips. They truly go above and beyond and are always on standby for further advice. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered over 30 six-foot laurel plants from Tav Gardens, and the experience was exceptional. When I reached out with an enquiry, Georgina responded quickly and provided extremely helpful guidance. Our email exchanges were smooth and efficient, with every reply offering clear assistance.

The delivery was prompt and arranged on a day that perfectly suited my schedule. When the laurel plants arrived, they were well-packaged and appeared in excellent health. Now, nearly two weeks after planting, they continue to flourish every day.

I ordered 4 x 6 - 7' laurels plus a similar sized photinia for hedging for my garden. Tav Gardens certainly exceeded my expectations; not only did they give me a good price, they cheerfully delivered them at a time to suit me for no extra cost. In fact the laurels were taller, bushier and stronger than I thought they would be, so a really good buy. I've waited a while before posting my review as I wanted to make sure they were well settled in their beds - they're now sprouting new leaves, so I'm a very happy bunny. The purchase took place at the end of March 2025.
