Responsive. Solved my issue with one email.

While the problem I had seemed to resolve itself, The support staff at Heimdal were consistently in contact with me with ideas about how to solve the problem I was having. Much appreciated.

Good, nice and quick service

My annual subscription was debited from the bank a month before the due date. I queried the early payment, Customer Service responded with "In our company`s case, the renewal is processed between a few weeks and a month".

Great security product for your laptops, phones etc. I use it across all my devices at home. We also use it across all our devices at work. Stops all those nasty little attacks on your computer equipment. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Heimdal Security for a few years now and I am very pleased with their security features and their support when I have needed it. I would recommend anyone with a computer to use Heimdal Security.

Heimdal Support is highly responsive. When inquiring for an analysis on a website that was blocked by Thor Foresight, an agent got back to me within the hour of my inquiry with comprehensive information and instructions on actions I needed to take.

Recently I reinstalled Windows, and I noticed that I had lost the Thor Security activation key. I contacted Heimdal, and I was promptly and kindly served in my program password recovery request!
I am very satisfied!
