Great wellbeing app!
It has a wide range of products and services to choose from and I’ve been very happy with each selection. Moreover, they have a fantastic customer service team. I’ve dealt with Nadia and Rebekah and they were both very helpful and responded to my query within minutes. Very impressive.
The best customer service ever!
I'm notoriously bad at remembering to use all the amazing perks and spend the credits at Heka.
I've lost count with the amount of times the customer service at Heka have dealt with my requests with a smile and without grumble. They are all exceptional, especially Nadia!!!

I've been using Heka for the past 6 months as an employee, and it has been a great experience. The healthcare and wellness benefits are top-notch, especially the food intolerance tests through York, Selph and others, which provided me with valuable insights into my health. Heka’s platform is easy to use, and the range of services offered has helped me prioritise my well-being. Additionally, Nadia from The Heka Team has been super helpful in assisting me with a query, making my experience even better. Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. The response time is very quick and nothing is ever a problem. The app itself is very good as well and has a great selection of products and services
It's very nice idea behind it
It's very nice idea behind it. But website is so bad. Filtering is completely off. Some default filters doesnt work on products Vs services. If you filter let's say art kit it gives you some blood test kits.
Products are overpriced too.

Fantastic Rewards Platform - 💖HEKA!🥳
HEKA is our organisational rewards platform (I work for a small charity), and it offers a wonderful variety of experiences, services and products. Their website had a recent "face lift" and it's now even more user friendly than it was before, plus the range of rewards that credits can be exchanged for has grown a lot. There's loads to do in-person in the bigger towns, but also loads of experiences to share online or in specific places/areas even outside of the city(ies). The platform now lets you save your credits for up to 6 months, which is great especially if you want to use them in bulk at a later date for a bigger purchase. I've bought sports equipment, vitamins, nutri additives, vegan meal deliveries, plants, arts & crafts kits, book tokens, and there's loads more like spa days, classes, counselling, virgin experiences, private health stuff, etc. The exchange system is very easy to make use of and if there are ever any Qs, the HEKA team is super helpful, responsive and friendly. Couldn't recommend this enough, and only wish we got more credits from work to use on HEKA 🌞

I absolutely love HEKA! A user friendly platform that makes choosing and managing benefits a complete breeze. It's like a wellbeing wonderland!! I've found that there's something for everyone and this isn't just a benefits platform, it's a game changer in employee care. And on top of all that, their customer support is the absolute best. They respond very quickly and resolve the issue almost instantly. I can't be happier with all of their services!

HEKA.. where do I begin?
As a standalone HR professional, HEKA is a fantastic and integral part of our health & wellbeing offering; not just internally with our existing team who regularly enjoy wellness products, activities and experiences through the platform, but it's also very attractive to our prospective joiners who are excited to hear about the monthly credits that we offer to our staff. I also feel a sense of pride being able to answer their questions, letting them know that we have a focused solution on Health & Wellbeing.
Upon signing with Heka, (previously Millie) and now Steffan, have both looked after us and both have absolutely embodied effortless and engaging client service. Any encounter with them has been positive, vibrant, uplifting and accommodating.
The HEKA team are always keen to assist us in anything that we are setting out to do, or to understand about the way that our staff interact with HEKA.
Beyond providing us with a vibrant, and current platform that is always on top of the latest wellness trends, they really enrich this service further by providing insightful reports prepared by Adam, and invite us to Webinars that cover key topics such as stress, burnout, healthy eating, mindfulness - you name it, they've covered it. Additionally, they always have resource materials available for big focus days week such as Blue Monday, Mental Health Awareness Week, Pride etc. which helps us to engage with our teams around these topics.
HEKA have been responsive and kept ears low to the ground to customer voice, where I have provided feedback that the in-person experiences available via HEKA are not always accessible to those of our team living outside of London, and they now have HEKA Bespoke where you can reimburse wellness experiences/products to ensure that there is really no excuse to not be spending your credits!
I personally love HEKA, the presentation of the brand that is lived and breathed by their team and I feel hugely valued as a client. My only wish is for them to expand access to the platform into more & more geographical locations so that my Europe & USA teams can take advantage of the benefit too
(however, I do appreciate there are barriers in the way of this)

Heka is a fantastic platform for all health, wellness and fitness outlets. I personally use it for the gym and trying out new things such as pottery classes!
It is such a diverse and unique concept where everyone has access to something that can support their lifestyle.
It has been a delight watching other colleagues use the platform and come back with great stories of what they have experienced, I highly recommend!

Great customer service skills, any issues or questions I've had have been resolved immediately and the communication has been fantastic. Great products on the website and it has really made a difference to the place I work as people have something to look forward to and can contribute to choosing the right products for them to help with their individual wellbeing needs.

The range of experiences available is amazing and means that 100% of our diverse team can find something that suits their lifestyle, age and interests. Whether you enjoy a massage, floatation tank, cryotherapy, craft hobbies or beautiful house plants....the range is huge and all available on one easy to use platform. The Heka team are super responsive and the benefit is easy to implement.
