Great service that needs a little refinement
Heka is a great way to offer employees something to support their mental and physical wellbeing, with multiple options for gym/yoga/therapy and self help as well as some nice food delivery boxes and candles.
However I feel they are lacking variety of services for everyone, as different people find different things relaxing and good for their wellbeing. Not everyone has the mental or physical ability or want to go to gym or join a zoom class.
As a fulltime creative the most important thing for my personal downtime is to do something inspiring, fun and relaxing. Be that going to theatre/movies, reading books, painting or drawing, fun exercise like pole dance, aerial, burlesque or silks. I hope Heka continues to develop their variety of offerings so that it's not such a struggle monthly to find something fun to spend the credit on.
Their website is pretty clear and easy to navigate but lacks some basic features like 'like button' to list your favorites or good filtering to find local companies.

I adore Heka
I adore Heka! The range of activities so vast, I've done things I never thought I'd do! Its so easy and the customer service is a breeze! They have been super responsive with any questions I've had. Can't recommend them enough!

Great company perk! Would recommend
Super company perk with so much to offer! It gives me a chance to try new things which I wouldn’t usually. Much better than a standard company gym membership!

It decent service but ...
It decent service but ....
I found everything on website to be quite overprice by simple google search I can do find almost always similar or same product to be cheaper .
there is not enough exiting and If I do find one it is sold out ! website is titled for female audience as male I am very disappointed how little things are there for me !

Heka is brilliant and a massive upgrade on just offering a free gym membership. The huge range of benefits means that every one of our team can find something that suits their needs and I've had a lot of positive feedback. Also works well for our team based in the office and working from home. Recommended.

A fabulous platform offering quality providers
A fabulous platform, easy to use and the providers I've used, particularly Emma's Yoga, are top notch. I look forward to the beginning of the month in a different way now as I get to choose another treat with HEKA!

Helpful company that really wants to improve employee well being
I have access to the Heka Platform through my company. I love the idea and it has really helped me with my wellbeing, helping me to consider wellbeing activities that I have never thought of before. Very easy to use and their team has been very helpful in adding new activities and services that I have recommended.
