Absolute scam. I ordered a set of underwear from this company weeks ago. Took forever to arrive as it was coming from China (had I known I wouldn't have bothered). Of course, their sizing information was next to useless which is only apparent when the pants arrived. They are tiny - edge to edge they are 13" which gives a waist size off 26" - They were supposed to be 32". I mailed the customer service email as directed showing them a photo as instructed by them and they said they would send a replacement set if I paid the postage (!!). I said I'd be happy to if they could guarantee the sizing would be correct. This was the last I heard from them. They're now ignoring my emails, my messages on social media and even negative feedback I'm putting on their posts.
They are a complete bunch of cowboys - I suspect all of the glowing reviews on their website are complete fake. My 1 star review is not even showing on there.

I got extra boxers to meet the free shipping, with tax about 60 dollars worth. Their website says that they will return communication within 24 hours. No one answers their phones, and their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. They never replied to the chatbot which I wrote last week, and haven't responded to email. They don't say who they ship with so I couldn't even check in on the shipment anywhere. This is a total scam.

Looks like a drop-shipping scam. Normally a medium, but according to their size chart an XXL (a dead give-away that they are coming from China). When they eventually arrived, they were tiny. Measuring them, they matched the XS dimensions on their chart. I emailed them and they said they had sent the wrong size by mistake but would replace them. They haven't replaced them and are now ignoring my emails.

Scam. Had to return first order after it took a long time getting here. Sent via FedEx to instructed address (oddly, an individual's address in Columbus OH, notwhere they are supposedly located). Did as instructed. Tracked. Received and signed for by person sent to. Nothing since. Flat out ghosted me. Cost me over $50 to have nothing. Gone on since June. They will play you until you may be too late to get a refund. Be warned.

Ordered months ago and never received my order. The tracking site is no longer active and the account login site isn't active. No reply from the support email and the chat bot doesn't reply.

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything and when I try to talk to customer service I get no response. I have asked for my money back and got nothing. Don't order from this company. Poor service

If there was an option I would give a minus score! Ordered £60 worth of boxers as wanted to try two sizes which they said was fine ‘you can simply send the ones back that don’t fit’. Order took an age to arrive, and like other reviewers found, the sizes of the products bares no resemblance to the sizes in their size chart. Unable to get a return number, and pretty pointless in any rate as the postage and taxes come to more than I paid for the products . Its a shame they are so small as they are actually quite nicely made - probably give them to my ten year old god son!! All reviews on their website are blatantly fake.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I bought 80 dollars on underwear that doesn’t fit what so ever. Also it took just about one month to receive my order. Please do not support this brand. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this brand.

People complain about how terrible Customer Service is. I have found it to be nonexistent. I tried to return these underwear that look like boxer briefs in the ad, but are like tidy Whiteys and I have gotten zero response from emailing the company or calling and leaving voicemails (because no one answers the phone).
After a month of waiting to get them, they finally arrived and were very disappointing.
I've actually had to open a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back from these terrible underwear because the company will not respond to me. It's weird. It's like they don't realize people can leave Internet reviews.

Worst firm for customer service.
I've emailed them 3 times about sizing before wanting to place a large order and not once have they got back to me.

I'll stick with Step One.

Terrible customer service. Will not answer about a return. The underwear are way smaller than what it says on the size chart. Total scam! Took forever to get them which means they probably came from China. Tracking still has not updated that I have received them so I can initiate a return.

RIP OFF. Never received the order, out 35 bucks. Customer service is non existent! RUN AWAY

Worst customer service ever! Claim they respond in 24 hours - TOTAL LIE! Do not buy from this company - they suck!

Received items, they were way smaller than the normal "L" size of boxers. I returned the items per their instructions and received confirmation the items were delivered somewhere in OH. Since then, they have ghosted me and will not answer the phone (mailbox is full so unable to leave a VM) nor will they reply to my emails. So, now I am out $65 for boxers and $10 for fees to return the boxers. Hopefully I can reverse the transaction with my bank... either way, stick with Amazon... not these shady companies that order from China and deliver crappy products. These were supposed to be a Father's Day gift.. so, thanks HELLO for allowing me to drop the ball this year by trusting your thieving company.

Ordered on 06.22.25. Last tracking update was 07.01.25. It is now 07.16 and still have not received order. Reached out to CS multiple times with no response. Disputed with my CC company. If you're going to buy these I would suggest using Amazon

It’s been three weeks, and I have not received my order. In fact, the last tracking update was seven days ago! I’ve tried numerous times to contact customer service, email, phone, chat, etc. Though the say response time is 24 hours, I have had no reply from customer service.

Thieves!!! Avoid at all costs. I mistakingly put wrong address. I acknowledged my error and they refuse to resend … even at my expense. I sent new address, asked to pay for new postage and they said NO!

Total scam....Avoid. Got underwear that is so small and contacted customer service for weeks with no answer or return email. Fake US company as they are located in China. Contact BBB...total scam.and ripoff!!

I don't know what else to say other than they're a scam. Please for the love of God and all that is holy and pure, save yourselves and do not buy anything from this "company". Every single person who's ever had contact with this scam should call the BBB. It's really simple to do and they'll actually help. I'm sure they'd be interested in how the contact info like the phone number is a scam. What kind of company has a phone number that says it can't help and leave a message and then tells you that it's mailbox is full. WTF? It's hilarious and sad. I don't even care about the orders I placed that never came and that I couldn't track without signing up and paying for a service to supposedly track the shipment. It's the principle of the whole situation. How pathetic. I guess their profits are so razor thin that they can't afford to help a single customer. Whelp. Just have to read all these experiences and that should tell you something.

Received my order almost a month from order date. Bought $61 worth ordered size medium and every single pair inside are marked XL. Come on how does that happen I've emailed them twice NO answer.
