Sending from China? Tracking link expires before arrival! Unknown tracking company is confusing.

Product looks good! 4-star. I might upgrade to 5 star. Time will tell.....

Fake US address. Totally Made in China. Took weeks to arrive and when it finally did, they left my package outside of my building not inside my secured lobby so the package was stolen. They refuse to return my money. They use some random delivery company you've never heard of. AVOID!!!

Absolute garbage, avoid this company like the plague! Their fake address is Sheridan WY, pretending to be a legitimate US based company when in reality they're nothing more than a Chinese company selling those famous Chinese quality products you would expect. Also plan on waiting at least 3 weeks to receive your order, as they come on a slow boat from, yes you guessed it, China!!

Ordered my order three weeks ago customer service. I just saying that I need to be patient. I asked for a tracking number. They still haven’t tracked it. I asked for a refund. They said they would pass it on. Pathetic. Unprofessional. Don’t want the boxes any more.

Straight from China, long shipping time, sized very small, cheap materials. Bogus company

I had to call better business bureau and get a reverse on my cc. They sent me wrong sizes for a large order and will not return my emails or resolve. This is a fradulent company with no customer service

Their underwear smells like chemicals and is from a fabric which feels uncomfortable to touch. They send you the package from China but expect you to return it to the US so that the delivery costs are so expensive that you wouldn't proceed with the return. Don't buy anything from this company.

Five pairs of Hello Boxers bought via Facebook in September. Yes extremely comfortable. However, after just a few washes. All of them have started to fall to pieces with the gusset area undoing. Photos available. Contacted the company last week, no reply.

Unfortunately this company fails to deliver on any of it’s promises. A clasic case of over promise, and under deliver when it comes to customer experience. Initially ordered via a link in social media in late Nov.

Shipping timelines were largely inflated. Although they state single digit shipping days, in my case the item came from China - an unrealistic timeline. Packaged was delivered three weeks later.

Once the product arrived, it was way too large. Emailed them within the 30 day window per their website policy. No effort to resolve the error that was clearly a shipping error on their part.

Additionally, return policies are very restictive. Essentially, they must approve the return, that’s either damaged or an error on their part. So when using their sizing reference, if you get something that doesn’t fit as expected, they will not honor any adjustments. Btw, if they approve, any returns are at buyers’ expense.

Made multiple attempts to inform them of the problem. They fail to respond to telephone inquiries, only email. When ‘Kathy’ does respond, it’s clear that they have no intent to solve the issue. Instead the answer is to ‘try it’ and see how it works. Not sure how the size conversion works, but when you order an XL and a 7XL is delivered that is clearly way too big.

Additionally, return policies are extremely restrictive. Returns are only accepted under two conditions; damaged in shipping or a sizing error on their part (which was the case in my situation). So when using their sizing reference, if you get something that doesn’t fit as expected, they will not honor any adjustments. Btw, if they approve, any returns are at buyers expense.

After sending in a picture comparison of the erronious error, they have now offered ‘store credit.’ Unfortunately there is no mention of this option on the website and no instructions on how to access. After a followip email of this issue, have yet to hear back.

Overall, this company is acting in a fraudulent manner on every level. Once they have your money, they are not interested in ensuring they have delivered on what they say.
