Edwards were fantastic! With Clare and the teams support we received 3 asking price offers for our property. Once an offer was accepted, Katie was brilliant at supporting us through to completion. Nothing was ever too much and she did a great job at chasing the chain to keep things moving. Really good value for money, can't rate Edwards highly enough.

They were great in setting up all the details and working with me from the United States. The process was all unknown and their Agent Claire worked with me to get through it.

Naturally, we were worried about whether the house would sell quickly enough, but Liz@Edwards put our minds at ease. She provided valuable tips to make the house and surroundings more presentable, gave a fair valuation, and reassured us it would sell fast—and it did, within a week!

The viewing process was well-managed, ensuring we didn’t waste time with window shoppers. Dominique@Edwards handled the offer negotiations brilliantly, and Clare Edwards, along with Katie, went above and beyond to make the entire process from offer acceptance to completion as smooth as possible. They skillfully managed negotiations around survey findings, handled buyer queries, and liaised with solicitors to keep everything on track.

Team Edwards made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Their fees are also significantly lower than other agents, which is impressive considering the amount of effort they put in.

The experience was very pleasant. Staff are responsive and professional. I am glad I was dealing with Edwards and will certainly use their services again. My only feedback is the Goodlord platform they use for collecting tenant info and collection of deposits etc. I found the platform a bit complicated and it would have been beneficial to understand Goodlord's role and the process involved in the tenancy arrangement.

All staff of the team is excellent, efficient and effective, quick response and detailed oriented.

Edwards were fantastic. From the moment we requested a free valuation all the way through to completing on our onward purchase, the team was always available on the phone or via email and knew just how to help in every situation.

Moving house is not easy with plenty of stages for things to go wrong. Edwards were supportive the whole way through making everything as easy as possible. All of their communication was frequent and thorough. A step above all of the other estate agents we dealt with along the way; our completion would not have gone through without them.
