Fast and Reliable
The company was quick to respond to my last minute request for appointment, and sent out a tech by 2pm. My tech Hector diagnosed and fixed my dryer problem in like 15 minutes I'm super grateful 🙏 no more wet clothes.

The service technician was nice and communicative but their price is obscenely expensive. I'll look for a different company next time because Puls' hourly rate is too high.

Great Service
Ruben came in, checked the washer and fixed an issue I was having and advised on another issue that isn’t washer related. He ran several cycles to make sure it wasn’t leaking and that it’s good to use again.

STEER CLEAR OF HELLO SUPER HOME WARRANTY
HELLO SUPER HOME WARRANTY. This company does not stand behind it's service, contracts, work, or commitments! They send sub-par contractors. In addition, They do not honor their warranty program. Super sent a washer repair person from a local company. The repair person did not fix my washer. Hello Super says today that the repair person told Super it was fixed -so that's it! They are honoring nothing. I paid for the service call and did not get it fixed. In addition, the same repair person, did not tighten the valve from the washer to the wall after he was finished. This caused a flood in my home, that has resulted in a homeowners claim. Hello Super takes zero responsibility, even though they sent the repair person. Trying to get a simple washing machine repair using my home warranty has been a costly nightmare.
The response that Hello Super just provided is a "canned" response. They are not standing behind their contract, their service or commitments. Hello Super has taken no responsibility for an issue that they caused. STEER CLEAR of this company.

Marcus came out and fixed our oven. He was timely, super professional and knowledgeable, and he also offered tips to help maintain it. He was awesome and went above and beyond.

He took great care in explaining all the options and explained in detail and showed what what the problem was with the dishwasher! He then explained what needed to be done! He communicated clearly! He also did not waste time investigating the problems fully! He was efficient in his work!

Timely and Effective
Keep hiring knowledgeable and thorough techs like Isaka. We couldn’t be more pleased with our repair in such a timely manner.
And because it was a refrigerator failure, you moved our repair call up a day to keep all the perishables in my freezer safe.
