The only problem we had was that we had booked to fly to Bali and our Flight was delayed due to volcanic activity. We had only one email from Helloworld which gave us incorrect information on flight rescheduling and no further notification of delays followed. I thought that maybe if we had booked through an agent we would have been given more information and updates.

Easy to book the flights and they were the cheapest on the day, just make sure to read the fine print, all fees were up and easy to read so no nasty surprises.

Would book through helloworld again. Easy to use. Quick online bookings. I found some great rates and hotels offered by helloworld. I checked helloworld for both hotel and flights prior to another online booking company and successfully booked both with no problems at all. Highly recommended.

I should have read all of the terms and conditions, I have used other agencies like hello world previously and Ithe ones I have used have not charged a booking fee, so to have a fee for using this service has put me off using hello world in the future unless I'm stuck or the offer is worth paying the extra money.

I found the site easy enough to use, I have planned many international holidays for friends, family and ourselves previously, I try to avoid these "extra" costs as they can add up quite quickly.

Easy booking, quick confirmation. All reservation numbers provided for both airline and agents. Easier than booking through the airline and great price.

Have always used Bestflights for finding and booking flights. Have now transferred to Helloworld and so far have received similarly good customer service. It's comforting to know that the support is local and the website is easy to use. So far I haven't encountered any problems so can't say (should I have a problem) how easily they were resolved.

i was doing a multi flight booking but when i reached the fourth leg .. i was not able to continue .. i messaged the website and was informed i would need to do extra bookings .. hence creating a new pnr .. which will make it very awkward when checking on with baggage when transits are being ustilised .. so i have decided to use alternate means on the internet to do the booking .. maybe the sooner the problem is rectified .. the better

Helloworld on line could do what our local travel agency couldnt. it was easier online than dealing face to face and over the phone with them.

I find Helloworld.com to be one of the best sites for booking international travels. User-friendly and very easy to understand. I will always recommend them.

Thought the website experience was excellent. Really liked the fact that we could not only go through and choose the most suitable flights but could upgrade to a different room type and all the costs were there - open and transparent.
The only issue we had was when we were paying for the trip, the page froze and recorded an error (always a worry when you have used your credit card over the internet).
I had to use the allocated booking number to go back in and check with both Helloworld and Jetset that payment had been made and the trip confirmed.

This was the first time I had booked a holiday with helloworld and it was extremely easy, especially that I was trying to match the flights and hotel accommodation to that of other friends who had already booked. The real test will be once we travel and have no complications!!
