I have used Hellspin for years now and have always been paid for my wins although sometimes can take up to 5 days to reach my bank account which is OK as I trust them completely just be a little patient the withdrawal request are always approved within a cpl of hours its the bank that takes the time to receive it. I actually won the JackPot a few months back, 7500 to be exact. The payment was honoured and sent to my selected bank account—was wrapped about that—one thing that bothers me though is having a manager and being told there’s nothing available to me, and to be reminded that my withdrawals are more than my deposits, from this day around 670 to be exact..
meaning, not only have I deposited the funds and won that amount but I’ve also then played the whole amount back almost—yeah a few little hundred dollar wins here and there but I do have to agree that it seems once you win a decent amount, you’re basically just putting it back into their site without anything special to show for it..

This site has great payouts, though as per usual with any gaming site it's when to play is the key and make sure you don't spend more than you can afford to lose.

No trouble with pay outs and with bonuses just remember as all have a wager percent before you can withdrawal funds. As long as meet the wager amount then is all good for withdrawal funds. Also, make sure remember the max payout per day.

Do yourself a favour and don't go near this site. They force you to jump through hoops and provide Photo Identification etc and the "support" staff are rude and extremely unfriendly.

These guys are fucken charlatans!!! They are happy to take your money but as soon as you try to withdraw your winnings they want you to upload a bucket load of forms. I used a bank card last year to deposit money, unfortunately that card got stolen, so naturally I replaced it. Fast forward a month, I have a totally new bank card and have made a couple of deposits with this new card on hellspin… The finance department at hellspin is now asking me to go to my bank to get a statement to say that my OLD CARD was mine… the card from last year that has nothing to do with what’s happening now! UPDATE x2: after posting my review they have now cancelled/deleted my account 😂 honestly absolute garbage. And after reading other people’s issues. It seems they have a habit of stealing people winnings and not honouring withdrawals!
