After trying a number of online brokers and having no success, I spoke to Steve and explained my difficult situation and how that may have impacted my ability to get a mortgage approval previously. He listened and really got to understand my situation and was then able to find me the right lender. A few days later and a mortgage approval.

Steve has been invaluably helpful through the whole application process for a first time buyer's mortgage. He always responded extremely quickly and always made us feel like we were a priority, always going above and beyond to help us around our working hours.
He really provided the best service we could have asked for, his expertise was invaluable when selecting a mortgage package, and he helped us through insurances and all the parts around buying a house we didn't even know we needed. He listened to our concerns and our opinions on the process and we always felt involved in the decision making, and I cannot thank him enough for his patience with all our questions throughout the process, especially when I was making things difficult.
We couldn't recommend Steve enough, we had a very long period waiting for the property we were buying, and with the mortgage rates fluctuating so wildly, he really put in more effort than we could ever have expected, and re-fixed the mortgage rate multiple times over the process so we could get the best deal available.

Me and my girlfriend where hoping to buy our first house and went through Hendriks Finantial solutions to find a Morgage deal, after a few weeks we now have the Morgage deal agreed, Steve has done all of the leg work for us and all we needed to do was sign on the dotted line and pay their fee, now we’re getting on the property ladder! As first time buyers in an unprecedented time, Steve has helped my partner and I understand the mortgage process as well as find a mortgage with the lowest interest rate. Not only did he find and apply for our mortgage, but he stayed in touch with us the whole way through and answered all our questions (of which there was many!).
