Hi Chris

Really poor service
Really poor service - the price offered at checkout kept jumping up vs an e-mail offer I was sent the night before, no one answered the phone numbers provided and no one replied to the e-mail I sent after placing my order at the (now) higher price, which I had to do as this was a gift. Clearly they are using some kind of dynamic pricing algorithm and that feels exploitative.

Hi Chris. Sorry you had difficulty ordering. We don't have a dynamic pricing model - it's all done manually, so it maybe that a voucher code had expired. I'll send you an email now to see if we can resolve the problem. Best wishes. Zoe & Louise

Beautiful piece of jewellery and…
Beautiful piece of jewellery and delivered on time, the packaging could have been better as I had to find my own nice bag to put the small box and separate certificate and cloth cleaner in, I feel for the price a simple but nice velvety bag or something could have been provided rather than the cardboard delivery box, but recipient very happy! Will order from here again,
