Peccato non aver guardato prima le recensioni. Caduta anche io nella “trappola” dei jeans scintillanti, visto il prezzo ho acquistato senza pensarci troppo. Ovviamente ad oggi nessuna merce ricevuta e nessuna risposta alle mail di sollecito… chissà se arriverà mai qualcosa, molto probabilmente è una truffa.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! Wish I read reviews before I ordered absolutely shocking the items I received was disgraceful not like anything on the website absolute rip off then offering 10% to 20% refund back!! Waste of money also waited 3/4 weeks for them to come

SCAM, pictures are NOTHING like the items. Ordered a coat, waited over a MONTH to get it. When it finally arrived it was like a bin bag, nothing like the pictures. Fake advertising for refunds/returns. No contact number, no help. An email that they DO NOT respond too. Such a same as it was my mums Christmas present. Please don’t waste your time or money. Have a bit of decency and do what your advertising. Funny how you can’t reply to my emails but can email me offers. Never again!!! Deserve to be shut down.

Ein Stern zuviel ! Website als die Ware aus UK kommen ,obwohl die aus China kommen . 5 Teile bestellt und daß für 154 Euro , 2 erhalten , eine davon in falsche Farbe . Qualität !? = 0
Das Geld kassiert obwohl keine Ware zu liefern haben .
Weil es über Paypal gekauft habe , musste ich noch Anzeige bei der Polizei abgeben. Nie wieder !

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased a pair of jeans on 27th December, and haven't received communications of receipt of payment or the goods that I have actually purchased!!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a bank statement of them taking £34.98 from my bank on 30.12.24 and I am STILL waiting to receive my purchase!!!

DO NOT buy anything from them! Ordered a coat via TikTok shop (Herbelladay) no mention of where coming from or returns.
Came after 4 weeks - basically, 2 pieces of fabric seen together!!! Utter garbage!
Have been trying for 3 weeks, via email, to get money back - they want £20 for return! Have gone from 5% back now up to 60%, but don’t think I’ll see the money.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My husband ordered a lovely looking coat from herbelladay,I've had no problem ordering from tik tok shop until now.The coat looked lovely with fur trim it took 4weeks it was£45.It arrived December 28 th shocking I opened the parcel the fur was not even attached not a coat at all short jacket that looked liked a sack on me.I have emailed them they offered me a pittance I finally agreed 45 %.Still waiting for that to hit my bank .The emails go into my spam box,and take a day to reply.The order does not appear on my tik tok shop orders very strange.

Nearly a month to receive the wrong item. 3 different tracking numbers and they used information from a UK courier no longer trading. Item colour and sizing incorrectly received. They offered me several discounts to keep the item which wasn't fit for purpose. They asked me to drop my legal claim and I would receive my full refund I did not do what they asked I stayed with my payment method legal requirements and stood my ground. I refused thank God I used a payment method that is reputable and they used their platform to support me. I had a full refund Thank you to my payment method -P**P** unsure if I can mention their name In Full.. In all honesty I couldn't say anything before due to legal reasons and because someone kept deleting my reviews/comments unsure who. However I should have listened to the other reviews I saw before purchasing but I didn't. People Please Avoid no matter what the illustration states or looks like you're not getting it as it's been illustrated in their description. PLEASE AVOID absolutely appalling customer services. And I totally agree with somebody else they should not be trading.
Item purchased on the 17th of November 2024 and received week commenting the 16th of December 2024. A decision made by my payment method to support my claim regarding this item. I received full refund early January worth the wait.
Nb. I came across this outlet via tiktok and I really believe tiktok should be looking into this company because they using tiktok as a platform to advertise their wears and THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THERE ARE OUTLETS BEGINNING WITH TEM..WHO ARE BETTER.

Zwei Mäntel bestellt und beide waren nicht wie auf Foto und Video. Grosse Täuschung durch den Shop. Für die Retournierung muss man noch mit hohen Versandkosten rechnen. Billige China Ware.

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying something online. They are liars. The clothes look nothing like on their website. First it took 4 weeks to have my order arrive, after I had paid for next day delivery. Then when the items finally came the clothes were like an amateur had sown them, veey tacky amd the fabric was cheap, polyester. There was no paperwork with the delivery to allow me to return the tlitems and they do not respond to emails.

If i could give -10 i would, the coats & clothing are nothing like the luxury pictures. Its just rubbish when you receive the items!! Do not buy from them

Minus 5 stars! Somebody needs to shut this company down. Clothing is not as per the picture - lining is completely separate colour which is visible as it is a split skirt. the quality is absolutely shocking. I have attempted to enquire about a refund, you cannot return to the address on package or company address and it does not provide the actual return address. Website says to contact customer service for return address, there is no number and they do not answer emails. AVOID and if you have been conned like me, please take time to report these disgraceful people.

Item took more than a month to arrive. Very poor quality. Cost £22.40 to return. Item arrived even though I had informed them I no longer wanted the item, just my refund.
Now have to wait for them to receive the returned item to get my refund. Very rude staff. Glad I used paypal so was able to raise a dispute and they help you get your refund

I ordered a winter coat from them on December 14th. The coat still hasn't arrived. I received a tracking number that is completely useless. This tracking number doesn't exist. Customer service doesn't respond to anything. This is a scam company. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This company shouldn’t be trading , I waited 4 weeks for a coat , which when I finally received was nothing like the item I ordered .. absolute cheap rubbish .. AVOID THIS COMPANY
