Don’t order! My coat order has arrived and looks nothing like the picture and completely different colour! Also very poor quality, thin material not suitable for winter. No details on how to return either. £45 wasted 😡

Don’t buy from this company, clothes are very poor quality and do not look like their pictures. Kept seeing on them on my social media, extremely disappointed. They will offer you a % back 10 then 20, 30, 50, then 60. Do not accept raise a dispute through PayPal and get a full refund.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still not received any updates and not been shipped. When I emailed to ask for an update I got a very rude message back from the support team.

I ordered a coat on the 20th November and it’s still not here. I’ve only had one email that is it and when I go to track my parcel it then asks for money for me to see where it is. I seen the ads on TikTok really wish I didn’t bother I should have looked into it for sure. I won’t be doing that again in a hurry. Please be carful it’s ovo a scam for sure

Very poor quality clothing that does not resemble the advertised clothing in any way. Took weeks to come & no response to any emails sent. Very disappointed!

The worst company ever. I ordered my jacket 3 weeks ago and parcel is still not with me.I emailed company a few times and they are avoiding some of my emails. I get from them two different tracking numbers and that I need to wait 7-15 days again.
I do not recommend this company at all.

This is a scam company for sure. I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress for my christmas party. I ordered on 7th November hoping to have it before the 13 December...item arrived on the 13 December and it was not the same item i ordered!! Completely different dress bar the colour 'red' was really dissapointed. Have emailed them to get a refund and sent item back have heard nothing! They should be reported and shut down.. I spent over £30!..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have placed an order for a jacket for my mums Christmas was only £40 something but still I have had no confirmation from them or anything. Should I be concerned that it's not going to turn up? its shocking and I've just googled the company and its coming up with scam potentials. Very concerned customer looking for answers.

UPDATE - ITS NOW 16TH JANUARY 2025 - STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSES BACK, REFUND OPTIONS, OR ITEMS RECIEVED!!

I ordered on the 27th November 2024. It’s now the 15th December 2024. Only received two emails to date. Regarding shipping from China. When I track, no updates. Herbelladay advertise on tick tok women’s wear. You’re unable to make a comment. That shows me this is some sort of scam, I think. I would not order off this site. Not adding up that says something. Still waiting for my parcel, probably will have to contact Visa regarding this.

The products are nothing like advertised they are absolutely shocking!!!!!
Been trying to get my money back for 6 weeks now and I just keep getting told their refund system is down!!!!

I have placed an order a xouple of weeks ago,I've got an email confirming the order and that's all.I am not receiving any updates of the order and they do not reply to my emails.I believe this is a scam and they cannot be trusted.

Sehr schlechter Service. Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt. Sie gefällt mir nicht. Seit Wochen warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung. Seit ein Monat habe ich kein Cent erhalten. Nicht empfehlenswert.

I have ordered a coat several weeks ago. I had confirmation that it was shipped. I have sent numerous email. Nothing has come back about my order. I am suspicious that, this is not to be trusted.

Scam. Bought 3 items & got order confirmation. A month later still no delivery and ignoring all emails. Of course no phone number.

AVOID. This is a scam account. I recognised the model in the advertisment on youtube. She has a clothes shop near to where I live in Ireland. I have bought directly from the shop and online. I checked their instagram and the adverisment video from Herabella has been lifted from their instagram. AVOID.

Disgusting rip off website scam which I looked on here before I ordered the set I ordered is such bad quality it’s fit for the bin it stank and took ages to come I have contacted the company for a refund after 20 emails them asking if I could keep the product for a discount price I said no way the product is rubbish they agreed to a refund which I’m still waiting for I advise everyone never to buy from this rip of dodgy site

Products are not what are advertised, quality is shoddy, sizing is completely off and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Tried returning my item but are not returning my emails, so I have lost money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
