Excellent Quality and Service

Hereu shipped the sandals I ordered and, when it turned out that they were too large, I returned the sandals unused and ordered a new pair in the correct size. Everything was easy, professional, and exemplary!

Customer Service

There was an issue with my order and i had to get in contact with customer service to fix it for me. They were extremely helpful and reassured me that the issue would be fixed asap.

Messed up my order and I paid for it

Messed up my order, I had to pay a ton in duties for the wrong item and Hereu took zero accountability! Last time I purchase from them.

Beautiful product and great customer service

Beautiful stuff and fantastic customer service.
I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived on time and in perfect conditions. I also found some surprises in the box that made the experience so much more enjoyable.
I also requested information on how to keep the leather in good shape and I got very useful feedback from the CS team.

Refund service is the worst

Refund service is the worst, with buyer to pay for return shipping and taxes. All other e-commerce site offer free returns and duties / taxes are built in to the price. If i buy a Hereu product again, i will not buy directly from you. The cost is the same to buy from another retailer and the service is much better.

Absolutely love

Love, really love my first pair of Pesca sandals, so soft and stylish, never made me any calluses or chafes.. happy to wear them with the socks or without, comfortable both.
Now ordered another pair of sherling balerinas, can’t wait to wear them !
