Love wearing these period panties, what a game changer! I would recommend these to anyone. Only thing to be slightly aware of is if you bloat a lot like me you might have to try the next size up so nothing feels tight on your belly. E.g. Iâm a size 8 so I bought 2x 8-10 panties which are great usually but the first 3 days on my period I have the worst bloating which causes trapped wind so Iâve been contemplating getting some size 12-14 pants too just for that extra room where the band sits ð€
