Cowboys! Stay clear. They pulled up old turf before laying flags then ‘dumped’ all the rubbish in the next street. Drove in and out over a verge rather than use the road. Complete and utter unprofessional pikeys

I contacted this company for a quotation to lay a driveway and foot paths in stone paving. At first the salesman was very helpful and pleasant. I found myself signing a contract reluctantly. After I had signed the contract I was asked to sign a waiver which I had been unaware of in the sales pitch. After the salesman had left I had second thoughts about the type of stone agreed so within two hours of him leaving I rang and asked him to source the stone pavers I originally asked for.
He replied by saying that he had already ordered them, but would try and cancel them and source the ones I had asked for. After three weeks of emails I still had no satisfactory answers or alternative samples to choose. By this time my cooling off period had passed and emails not being answered. Being very annoyed I emailed the salesman and stated that I found him ignorant and very unprofessional. He immediately replied with a phone call which was both abusive and angry, shouting and screaming so much so that my partner took over and asked him to calm down. He continued in the same manner until my partner told him he would hang up if he did not stop. His parting words were " and don't think you will be getting your deposit back". I find this business was very unprofessional in the way it treated its clients. As I was spending £8800 I would think I would have had a better service, after all I didn't want to cancel the contract only change the type of stone pavers.
