Living up to the heritage name

I love that Heritage Parts curates the brands they sell. Sometimes it's hard for me to pick out quality parts from all the c-quality repro garbage, and so far I only bought well made products from Heritage. It builds trust.

Spammers

I stopped purchasing from them because every time I bought something, my email was used for spamming. It feels like I’m not only paying for their products but also giving away my personal data for them to abuse it.

This goes against my GDPR rights. I have asked them three times to stop, but they ignored my requests. As a result, I have reported the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Hi Nick, as my colleagues have stated all our review invitation emails have an opt-out button as stated on the emails themselves. Nevertheless, our team unsubscribed you when requested. The email you received since that request are post purchase transactional emails regarding your purchase and requesting review - they are not phishing or spam emails. You are of course more than entitled to report to the ICO, we will provide them with our email and subscription records.

First encounter with a brilliant company

This was my first encounter with the Heritage Parts Centre.
The website was easy to use, the ordering process was smooth and although I had missed the next day delivery deadline by at least half an hour my order still arrived the next day - and perhaps unusually for these days the messages from the courier where timely, helpful and accurate.

Shipment arrived postage due!

My order was shipped in two separate boxes. I had already paid nearly $400.00 to Heritage Parts Center to cover the cost of shipping my order to my house. It appears the shipper (Heritage Parts Center) printed a duplicate shipping label for the second box so only one of the boxes was delivered to my house. The second box arrived postage due ana I paid an additional $98.00 to the United States Postal Service to receive my shipment
